Yea its really amazing that all that talent just happens to live in the Farragut area.
But they don't recruit. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> The fact is nobody really cares or likes Farragut,
good year Mt. Juliet, its hard to win against a stacked deck. The sign has already been
hung out on the center field fence at admiral field.
hahah! SO MANY excuses! you are so right, Farragut pays their players, gives them free BMW's. oh and dont forgot that Coach Pharr also rides around Tennessee in a navy Rolls Royce Phantom and recruits the best players to play for him. Anything i missed bubrub?
-
That's because Farragut (and Bearden) use the youth sports programs to recruit from all over Knoxville, much the same as White Station in Memphis . . .
Nope good try though. Neither Farragut or Bearden recruits at all. Every player who plays for each team is zoned for that school and have been since before high school.
-
According to sources??? He got a glove on the ball, bobbled the ball, recovered the ball....... but the fact that the batter was unable to run due to a bad knee made the out. Evan Frazier beats that out any (other) day....gutsy play by Frazier just to be at bat. The inning started with a John Jordan triple to straight center, (that kid is fast)
Credit to Faragut, they got the runs, but Collierville(as banged up as they are) didn't make it easy.
hahah how bout you make some more excuses... i told you after the warrior classic Farragut would win the one that counted. thanks for playing.
-
Farragut beats Collierville 3-1. Pfiefer has no hitter going into the 6th, walks 2 guys and gets pulled. I don't know who pitched after that. Ethan Bennett hits a 3 run homer in the 6th to give the Admirals all 3 of their runs.
-
Collierville has been without their # 1 all season and he probably won't throw any at state. They are also banged up at other positions with a starting outfield regulated to DH, another outfielder got hit in the face last week and has broken bone in cheek, a middle infielder having shoulder trouble. Other players have stepped up but it will be a struggle to advance in the region with Farragut.
Is this going to be used as an excuse if Collierville loses? I hope not..
-
Phieffer's biggest problem is that he is a punk, somewhat of a smart a--. If he would lose the attitude, quit thinking he is great and play ball, he could be the best in the state.
Sounds like he has struck you out a few times and you're mad about it to me. Show me another pitcher in Tennessee who won a gold medal game for Team USA, and who started in the state championship game as a freshman, and they can be compared to Pfiefer. Until then, he is the best.

Col and Bart are still better
who's that? and your right, 79 actually. David Allen did have one against Bearden.
-
Bearden 11 Science Hill 3
District 4 looks strong
yes, was definitely a pleasant surprise. didnt expect that at all. still, to say home field advantage doesnt help is absurd. good luck to both Farragut and bearden at state. more so Farragut though. haha

Wow we get a road trip!! get a clue.... oh i forgot your on a siesta! wake up and smell the coffee...
so you're telling me you don't get an advantage playing at home? ask buckner how those last 2 Farragut games have gone.. both were AWAY and both times bearden got bent over. so post here tomorrow at this same time and tell me how that roadtrip went.. and make it a thorough description too please, because you will most likely have alot more time on your hands after your season is over.
-
who pitched??? this game really means nothing for either one... except who travels... if bearden wastes a good pitcher tonight they won't have him friday if they need him... they understood the deal... is farragut good... sure... are they as good as last year? probably not... 06? probably 04? no way...
i say keep your mouth shut, don't complain and play hard, seems to work for Coach Pharr?
didn't mean anything? tell that to bearden who now has to travel 2 hours and play one of the best teams in the state, while Farragut gets to play davey crockett at home. so if anyone needs to shut their mouth, it would be you because you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. E for effort though.

it only took a little rain for them to be there.... what happens if bearden beats them twice more?

Transfered in.. One of them exchange students.
Sounds credible. haha

Zu cha Zaki is hitting around .710 for Mcminn Central.. Really a good outfielder with a cannon. Possibly a top 5 rounder
Is this even a real person? How come he isn't mentioned in http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2009/mar/06/m...er/?partner=RSS ?
-
Curt Powell from Farragut is hitting around .560 at the moment. Not to shabby at all if you ask me.

Ok hear is 2. How about the hitting and lifting at school facilities during the dead periods during summer and fall. I have been in attendance at these workouts. How about the interview with Andre sterling on the news with hitting going on in the background. This was during a time when there was no open facilities. There's 2. But that is a case where Farragut wants to work and nobody else does. Yeah right!
Wrong. And Wrong.
No coach can be in attendence in during these workouts, and no coach was. Therefore, you are Wrong on the first count. (They don't even lift or do anything in the summer so idk what you're even talking about)
Please pull up that interview and zoom in and show me where the coaches were while they were hitting. Is Farragut the only school in the state where the players actually want to get better and hit by themselves??? Wrong again.
You've definitely not been in attendence during these workouts if you say coaches were there, especially if you say they went on during summer. Please show me some actual proof of cheating instead of these fairy tales that you're spinning. That's like me saying "Yeah, i was there when A-Rod took steroids. Actually, I disinfected his butt beforehand."
And finally, people like you only complain about Farragut because they are the best, plain and simple. You just can't accept the fact that they are so good, so they must be cheating right? No sir, they really are this good and they're legit. So good luck with the whole conspiracy theory thing, I hope it really works out for you.

No people move in because they are asked to. You need to get your facts straight I was not cut a Farragut I didn't play in Knoxville but I faced the same competition they did and was a pretty good player until i had arm problems. I just know of some things there that are not on the up and up is all I am saying.
No one is asked to move to Farragut. You are maybe the most ignorant person i've ever seen. So you didn't play in Knoxville, but you know everything about Farragut baseball? You writing a conspiracy book about them?
