  1. I don't care who you are, That S**T was funny !!!!! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  2. I did not mean it as we will have to wait another year to go some where. What i meant is We lost so many starting seniors last year it takes alot of the experience off the ball from the start, on both sides. You know as well as I do second string did not get much playing time at all in the past unless their was an injury. So the experience upfront is what we will be lacking some this year. I'm not saying we won't do well because I do. I think we will be ready to go come August. This will be a young team and that leads to the other point, Some of the young ones should get some exposure this year to the varsity level early and with the records they carry in their's not doubt they will be dominate. I guess next year is next year we will worry with that then. I was just trying to give some positive chatter to the younger players that will have to step up. All In all I thinks we will be ready come August.
  3. From the ways it looks so far they are going to try and keep the OL and D/L seperate. Some may have to play both ways if injury occurs for example Most of the OL will be 2nd string DL. Yes some of the younger players willl have to step up this year but at the same time people has to remember varsity level is very different from the freshman level and even JV level. They will play some players both ways and even on second teams before some of the others based on experince. We have a very talented upcomming sophomore class. They had a excellent year last year and then the upcomming Junior were the regional champs their 8th grade year which had never been done. In other words this year will be some what challenging but next year we should have an Empire. The Defense looked pretty good on our OL yesterday. They were Pumped. Just about every good play on defense was made on the left side of our OL yesterday but, one of the starting lineman (Cody Fuller) is still missing.
  4. Sorry guys I did not mean to invade your site. I thought I hit football and did not discover it till I already hit post. Well, I hope the upper part of the comment was a help.
  5. I don't think a Coach should pressure a kid to do one sport and nor do I feel they should be punished (example making them run) for having to attend another yet, if your child wants to play two sports that may conflict then they need to know what comes with that! If you come into that sport late then you will be behind and you may not be starting in your normal place. They have to earn their spot back. This is not punishment. this is a lesson in life and fairness to the other that had been their the whole time. The same if they miss a day. Just part of it. Some bounce back quick and some don't. It just depends on what you consider punishment. By the way basketball they are allowed to have spring practice at a certain time,I think its in April. On another note, I saw the Indians practice today. I don't know why people are frowning. I think they will be just fine, little rusty but come August they will be ready. We still have alot out to. Slaughter is playing RB while Chris is out and Hayworth is third string right tackle behind Corey Hall and Britton Leaper. Left tackle is Matt Blackwell and second is Taylor Hylemon. This is what I saw today. Sitll trying to figure some out, under the helments and others I just don't know. Show up at the maroon and grey Tomm. Oh yeah I'm pretty sure Patrick Hanson is starting right guard and Cody Fuller is starting left guard. They look strong up front. Hope that helps David Roop Looks good at QB and Zack Bryant is his center. Seems freshman will make up the special teams and our linebackers look strong, Rusty Clark and Zack Carland. Did not see the DL much today so not sure about them yet. We are a young team, but I think we will do good. Next year we should have an empire. BUT THIS IS JUST SPRING PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!! Alot could change by August.
  6. Thanks for the Info. Hope we have a good turn out for both. We need to support them in this new conference. Alot of Rival games and alot of smack talking going on around this topic.
  7. Yeah, they always have a maroon & grey game or a scrimmage. I guess this year Hall's will be the ones. Not 100 % sure but thats what I hear, this friday. If anyone knows 100% please let us know.
  8. I'm ready for the scrimmage as well. I hope I get to attend. I know it's early but most of the time we have fans with alot more inside information about the players offense and defense and what to look for. Seems everyone is at a lose or just not on the thread. Its just a little odd. Anyways I'm ready /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  9. OK We are in full pads, and I've not had a chance to go and watch so, I would like to hear some Indian chatter about this 2009 season!! Very little talk going on. It's bad when you go on a football chatter box and they are talking about baking cookies and their personal life. Go to myspace for that stuff. I don't mean nothing personal toward anyone, This is a football thread. SO LET'S START TALKING !!!!!!!
