Mathers had 179 against you (officially) and only 15 against Riverdale (injured). He also had 179 against Lavergne.
Vanlier had 125 against you...only 47 against Stratford...97 against BA...and 101 against Lancaster Christian.
FBfan you have now lost ALL credibility.

Lol my bad but I don't know what's SC avg size but if there bigger and stronger then MBA and BGA no but I doubt SC line is bigger then MBA
SC's O-line avg weight is 292. I'd say that is probably bigger than MBA.

Greeneville repeats hands down.

WOMG I have enjoyed reading your posts all years. You are one of the more entertaining posters on The T. With that being said I am gonna take DeKalb in this one. Watched em play SC earlier in the year and their QB will give you fits with his ability to keep a play alive.
-
Maplewoods "4a" Ladarius Vanlier and Blackmans "6A" I'tavis Mathers a ole miss comitt and ran for 2,614 Look them up..
Do you not comprehend what I was asking? I didn't ask who they were. I asked what size O-line they were running behind. Were they lines that match up to SC's O-line size?
-
Don't think that will work...PC has played 2 of the TOP 10 running backs in the state and held them to season low rushing yards...
Were those 2 RB's behind what I believe to be probably the biggest O-line in the state?
-
They will be traveling watching SC play.
SC - 27
PC - 7
+1 for you sir.
-
If PC wins do they continue to travel as a #8 or do they take over Smith's homefield advantage?
PC will continue to travel throughout the playoffs.

Pretty bold, but I like it! Thanks Stinger.

SC needs too show up Fri cause the same people that's on here now doing all this talking...Guess what they did the same thing last year and we didn't hear not one firework nor did we hear any cannon balls fired all night...Hold up maybe we did when y'all ran out on the field..Lol your right about one thing it want be easy for nobody too win that gold ball this year its up for grabs but we'll see who can catch it...But I know one thing PC has a better chance than SC does too end up with it...Don't let the 5-5 record fool you.
You guys record isn't fooling anyone, we all know you guys are terrible lol All kidding aside everyone knows PC's record is very misleading. You guys play in a very tough district and everyone at SC knows that, but to say PC has a better chance at grabbing the gold ball December 2nd is taking this a bit too far. Neither of us are guaranteed to make it out if the first round so don't count your chickens before they hatch cause I know SC isn't.
Go Owls!

PC has been through to much this year to let SC get in their way of a state title. So if I were you guys i would shut-up, sit back and quit predicting and tell your guys to show up friday night. Cause we are Bringing it!
Quite brazen for your first post there son. Even IF you beat SC you have a lot more in your way of that gold ball. With your post I'd say you are gonna rile a lot more people up than shut them up, just wait til ol' Termite gets a hold of you. SC will show up Friday you can bet your last buck on that. They know what they can accomplish this year and have their mind set on it.
Go Owls!

I'm looking forward to this game come Friday. I think this will be one of the best games statewide with SC coming out on top when all is said and done. If Manning is healthy(he is) SC wins by 10.
SC-24
PC-14
Go Owls!

Grundy County 6-4 beat Notre Dame 5-5 last night and you have ND in and GC out. You might want to look at this.
I can answer this for ya. GC is 3A not 4A.

HUSKER you are an absolute idiot. How about you go and study up on how the quads are formed and how each team gets which seed this year before you come on this thread making yourself look a fool.

I'm from Tc and I agree with u
SC and TC fans agreeing...now that's saying something right there lol

Unless I have personally watched a player I try not to put too much stock in the number of tackles they are given credit for. Keeping stats for tackles is a tricky business. I bet all of us can tell stories about watching a player make a tackle and then the PA guy calls out the name of a guy that was just standing near the pile, or worse yet, not even on the field, ha. The abilities of guys keeping the stats varies greatly from one school to another. One school may have 2 or 3 very competent spotters helping out the statistician while another school may only have one guy who never played a lick of football in his life trying to enter data into a computer and watch the game at the same time, thus relying many times on what the PA guy says. And one guys interpretation of an assist can be completely different from some one else's at a different school. I know we have to have something to go on, but I'm just saying that using the number of tackles as a barometer can be misleading. If there is one particularly good defensive player then the offense can intentionally limit his opportunities to make tackles by staying away from him, thus, dramatically affecting his stats. Coaches know who the outstanding players are because they have to game plan around them or at least account for them.
After reading this post I guess I can't speak for all schools when I say this, but at Smith County tackles are tallied up after the coaches have watched each individual play, and only after the coaches have watched a play once, twice, or more does a player get credit for a tackle. Therefore any tackle totals coming from Smith County are accurate. Correct me if I am wrong, but I'm sure there are other schools out there that add up players tackles this way.

Saturday 11am through 1pm on 104.5 the zone
I thought this is when they will discuss it. Thought T$$AA would release it late Friday night or EARLY Saturday morning.
-
I just don't seen gordonsville being rank 9# they are better then that... They took smith co. Double o.t to beat which is rank 1# in state in 3a played Tc a very good game another 1# team in 2a beat fc another top ten team in 2 a ..
Just give it some time, they will make believers out of people. I am a SC fan and I was at that SC-Gville game, had they not shot themselves in the foot a few times they would have beaten SC. Gville is better than most everyone gives them credit for.
-
The T$$AA will not change who goes into which quads based on records. It is done geographically, so don't look for many changes in quads unless teams drop out and others move in.

Click this link and go to the THIRD video. This explains how they set the quadrants.

Yes...The Owls are definitely the better team hands down but they will still need to stay focused and TC of Business. The Dragons are no where near the team they were the past few years. But give Dickie time and York will be back.
The Owls have just to many weapons IMHO. If the Owls come in to this game like I have seen then do several times the last 10 or 11 years hopefully the kids in the wings will get alot of PT. And I see no reason why they shouldn't because Jimmy and staff have always seen that the team never over looks any opponent.
Am I looking at the play-off schedule right. Will SC catch Pearl Cohn their first game. It doesn't really matter but PC is a very dangerous team and I know you Owl fans know that as good as anybody. Guess being 1 or 2 in the state don't carry much weight.
As Original said there are many games that have alot to do with the matchups in Quad 3. The two games that will have the biggest implications form what I have read are the Harpeth vs Cheatham Co. game and the CPA vs Pearl Cohn game.
Go Owls!
-
I'm not coming on here and saying these players are best in the state so please don't take it that way, but some good ones from Smith County are: Cody Webb #3 DE, Trey Salisbury #86 DE, and Dustin Sapp #28 LB.

I heard, can't confirm, that a York player was involved in an auto accident Friday night and has broken bones. I hope this is NOT true.
I can confirm this. He was lifelighted to a Knoxville hospital after the accident. Here is the link, read paragraph 4.

Well I must say after tonight BDP is a disease I hope I never contract lol. That game was over as soon as SC scored their first TD. Where were the WH fans at tonight? You guys didn't fill up half the visiting side stands.
Congrats to the Owls and lets roll over York next week for our first undefeated regular season since 89!
