The Tennessee High School Soccer Coaches Association along with the Tennessee Athletic Coaches Association will sponsor a Girl’s All-Star Game on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville, TN. The game will be played by all senior girls who have been nominated by their district/regional chairperson to participate. Part of that participation will be that the players coach is a member of both the Associations sponsoring the event. so if you have not signed up there is a place here on the site to do that. Nominees will be accepted and district/regional chairpersons have been notified to be on the lookout for senior talent to play in this game. Please support and recommend players as we want to showcase the best Tennessee High School soccer has for the sport.

Has anybody been able to log on the College Reruiting website lately or know if there is another address.

I would say that only private schools have the luxury of having at least grades 7-12 on the same campus. Does anybody know if there are any public schools that have grades 7-12 on the same campus.

The last 20 minutes of each half was mostly Freshman and Sophmores, the coach was pulling players off the field and the clock was cut 10 minutes in the second half. What more can you do. At no time did the Franklin girls flex their muscle or get in their face, they played like good sports.

Does anyone know what teams are in the Region 7&8 brackets and what teams made it thru Dist.3

In the Sunday Williamson A.M. it has it as public schools with Franklin,Brentwood,Ravenwood,&Hendersonville

VS private schools Battle Ground Acdemy,Father Ryan,Harpeth Hall & Franklin Road Academy.

Each public will play all 4 private and each private will play all 4 public.

There is no schedule mentioned.

Some corrections: At MF # 51 & 52 no longer are playing But I would add Morgan Zigelsky and Kaitlin Heilman to the list

They both play for Franklin and actually scored the two goals against Brentwood.

How many of the final 8 - AAA teams would be affected by the 50% rule if it was passed?

I must of been at the wrong Katie Hunter Tournament, because we thought everything was run ok. I will agree that the Cellular fields were small and sometimes the refs will miss a call but guess what, a good team will adapt and find a way to win. If your team was fortunate to make it to the finals, then you would of had 3 refs.

dont forget about wade wonderlin, dustin dawes, and jason bristol of BGA. they are all going to D1 schools.

Where can I found out about girls softball tournaments in Middle Tennesse.

An after school match would be a great idea to get the students involved.

Another problem I see is that the football coaches need to make any player not doing a winter sport go out for wrestling.Also, some of the tournaments charge to much admission (7.00-10.00). The parents will pay but that is a lot for the students to pay.
