Last time I looked this thread was about Loudon's coaching position. Why don't you guys go somewhere else to have your argument.

Last time I checked Alcoa is in East Tennessee too. Lots of corn dog eaters in Alcoa too.

Not an Alcoa supporter by any means but year in and year out they are in the top ten in the state. they compete with Maryville and then Maryville wins the 6A crown. This year they might not have been but most years they are.

Wonder why Loudon and Sequoyah aren't playing?

Call it being a Master Manipulator . Rankin knows how to get what he wants being a '"bully" on the field and a manipulator off the field. It's all about him. Just ask some of the players and parents when he makes promises he does not keep..... handles playing time during games..... and how he handles their concerns.

Fulton is a great program. They play hard and with class. Their players showed no disrespect in fact quite the opposite. Very classy. Good luck against Trezevant but I'm sure you won't need it LOL.

Redskins keep your heads up Fulton has mercy ruled everyone this year. You had a great year at 13-1 nothing to be ashamed of.

Well Loudon you can't run from Fulton Like you were able to from Alcoa and Cak. I hope you enjoyed your cookie cutter season as Fulton WILL score 70 on you this week! You play weak little schools and you will be exposed! Hope the Refs Keep it clean, as i know it's a bad place to play!

Nobody has played Fulton close all year and most probably won't give us much chance to…. but there is one thing for sure….you have no chance if your not playing them! Good luck Redskins!

Well, it is officially game day. Congrats to all the players, coaches, communities and fans involved. It's a great honor to be where you all are and both teams deserve to be there. Support those dang kids win or lose. Stand up and cheer those boys on!!  They love for their fans to be there for them.  Because at the end of the day - it's about the kids having fun, doing their best and giving their all. Good luck to both teams and here's to player and fan safety during travel and the game. I'll be there cheering on my guys - LA.

Loudon, I'm sure, will be tough at home. But the boys from HOG-EYE has got this one in a close game. Loudon will have no answer for #18, #88, #4, #5, #2. Well, they might one but not all!

I heard the Fulton QB broke is ankle. Any truth to that?

If LA & Loudon switched schedules this year, I'm confident LA would be 12-0 & Loudon would be 10 & 2 watching week 13. Loudon's toughest game was a 1 point win against East Ridge who were shut-out against Hixson

The good thing is those first 12 don't matter anymore. Just what happens on Friday. Should be a great game!

thats how most everybody else feels about Alcoa talking about how hard it is to schedule.

Why would they blast them?  It wasn't to avoid Alcoa, heck, everyone in that Region would love the opportunity to move away the State Champs...lol.  It was just more logical to play in the Upper Cumberland region.  York was the only team in the proposed region in a central time zone and the travel wasn't much different by moving considering the time difference. 

Not a shot at york, Alcoa's people have just hammered Loudon and Jody for doing the same thing a few years ago.

Just wondering if Alcoa folks will blast them (and Jody Wright) for moving. Heaven forbid they do whats best for them! LOL
