If it is who you guys are alluding too, you will be making a tremendous hire.  Selfishly I hope he doesn’t take the job at Franklin.  I would hate to lose such a fine young man.  He has nothing but upside to give.  Ex-Military with outstanding leadership abilities.  Franklin would be exceptionally blessed to hire a man of his caliber.

Good call.  Only game that wasn’t much Pumpkin was the Alcoa-East Nasty.  Nothing against East, they just happened to run into the buzz saw of 3A.

Has there been a better slate of games at the 6A level for the quarterfinals than this season.  Talk about your heavyweights coming to play.

They (refs/Springfield) threatened our team with unsportsmanlike with our student section speaker.  Beware of excessive noise makers causing your team 15 yards.  Just giving the Beech faithful a heads up.

Beech dominating to start the 2nd half.  That QB is extremely good.  First time seeing him.

Back and forth is correct.  21 all just over 3 minutes to go first half.  Beech may not win tonight but I would say it’s safe to say they will not be an easy out come playoff time.  To quote Eers…Beech is going to Beech!

That’s a Beech decision.  They don’t like to broadcast their games.  It’s their prerogative not to.  All schools are given that choice.  It will be viewable after the game is complete.  Nothing new.

If this one is close, going with the fighting Crabtrees.  A big scoring game should be favored to the Hank Jrs.  Should be a great game either way.

Gallatin at Dickson County start time moved to 7:30 due to traffic conditions on 40W.  Per Dickson County X post.

I’m not sure we are a bad region but we are definitely not the best.  3 weeks in a few teams are showing they are really good.  Lots of teams in 6A are fair to medium with only a few great ones.  I would guess only our region winner gets past the first round unless a couple of teams keep getting better than where they are currently.  Good topic.
