Bubis is throwin 51 now? wow! last i saw he was at the 46-48 range, thats a pretty big improvement, and what year is he, a junior? You think he'll get up to the Denbo standards of 60+ feet?

I know you think that the Nashville A/AA section is just loaded in the shot put and will have 4 of the top throwers in the state
Really?...I said that? hmmm...well I guess I have a bad memory or something. So far coaster is the only person smart enough to understand the point I made.
Thanks Coach Chris for you input though..

What stinks though is that those two guys plus two others that can throw over 46 are all in the same section making the competition extremely hard to make it to state. And what stinks even more is that the top throw from another section is probably gonna be somethin lower than the worst throw of these four shot putters.
I guess a person who can throw 43 deserves to get to go to state instead of a person that can throw 46...

David Dungan of Ezell-Harding won the shot put with 46.5 at Busters Tuesday
He threw 46'10 didnt he? because I think Law from Macon County threw 46'8 (don't know why he isn't winning all of the meets, he's the one who has thrown 50' already this year, maybe hes in a slump, I know I am) on his last throw for 2nd place
sry, I don't mean to act like I know every throw down to the nearest 1/4 inch or anything but I think those were the distances

I don't know how far the throws have been but so far I've thrown a 45'1" in shot, is that good enough to get in this year?
-
He's good, I've seen him throw twice and he makes it look so effortless. I've seen his throws around 151' so I wanna congradulate him on the 160'

Just wanted to know what have been some big throws in A/AA so far this year in shot

LOL, thats awesome. I've tried juggling too but...lets just say it didnt work out too well

I'll pick FRA over Jo Byrns. Shouldn't be too hard for FRA to win.
In Region 5 I think the top teams will be (in no particular order)
DCA EZELL FRA CPA

You can take out of it what you want, I'm only implying that a team player will, or should, do anything and everything in their ability to win, they will do whatever it takes. The purpose of the quote is not meant for anything unsportsmanlike but shows the will to win of an athlete
