I like Brad Jackson from East Ridge. He is a classy and friendly guy whose team is (I think) often overlooked because he is in the teeth of the best competition year in and year out. He is a blue collar guy with blue collar kids, and his teams are always competitive. I also think that Tommy Badon has done a good job everywhere he's been. There are coaches all over the state who do a good job in limited situations with limited resources. We need to get a few of them in here too.

For Science Hill, Bosken will be at 130, Ty Cody at 145, Jon Edmonds at 171, Tommy Schnell at 215, and Alan Aiken will be staying at 119.

I like Kyle James too. He is fun to watch, wrestles in great position. Watch and see what he does.

Erick Waage from Science Hill was named captain of the team at West Point Prep. He competed somewhere Saturday but I haven't heard how he did yet. Will post again as soon as I know.

Chonci Houston of Jefferson County was another good one.

Don't forget Waylon Lowe. He may not be at a DI school, but he is a national champion.

Waylon recently finished 4th in the Eastern Michigan Open. His only losses so far this season are to DI wrestlers.
