Can the Smith Co. Owls schedule be corrected? There are a few dates that are listed 2 or 3 times. Can that be fixed?

I noticed by looking at the Smith County Owls schedule there are a couple of games that are listed twice on the same dates. Is there any way that can be corrected?

I haven't seen R.B.S. play; but, I have seen the Tigers in Carthage last week. They weren't that bad, guess the Owls were just tooooooooooo much for them. I still give them the nod over the Bulldogs though.

Gordansville must have played a good game against Celina. Friday night's match-up with the Owlettes could be an interesting one. The Owlettes are playing hard and hungry for a win. It may just come at the Tigerettes expense.

I like the way you think bigried. The Owls have certainly looked good so far this season. I can't wait for tomorrow night's game. They are a fun bunch to watch. As far as predictions go, I have to agree with you. That score you posted could be pretty accurate; given the amount of points the Owls have been scoring, and the amount of points they have been giving up. Go Get Em' Owls!

Smith Co. played a game on Saturday and beat Van Buren Co. They open the season at home Monday night against Macon Co. The Owls have looked pretty good in their scrimmages, and last Saturday night. How do you think this game will unfold? Who are the big players for the Tigers? By the way, I think they play another set of Tigers Friday night by the looks of the schedule. Good Luck Owls!

The boys of S.C.H.S. had two more games this week; and from the story I got, they played pretty good again. I heard some scores, but no details. Owls - 70 Station Camp - 42 Owls - 68 Hermitage Springs - 40

Well, yournumber1fan, from what I have heard, the coaches are pleased with the team's effort - so far. I think they played real good at Pickett and so-so at Lebanon. I think their post players are getting better; and that will be the key this season. Good Luck Owls!

Hey gomab; how will the Owls do in their district this year with Upperman being in there, along with York, Livingston, and Jackson Co.?

There is no doubt that Jackson Co. and Livingston are going to be good, real good. The question is...Who are going to be the other teams to step up and challenge these two? I think the Owlettes could battle their way up to the 3 or 4 spot with the new coach this year. Good luck Owlettes.

York will be a favorite in District 7AA no doubt, and Jackson Co. could be pretty good as well; but LA has a long way to go form about 5th or 6th in the district last year to going to the state this year. I'm not saying it could'nt happen. But, if your guys can do it, then I know our Owls can surely do it. I think they have a couple of new guys that may surprise some people. I don't know "who" you've been hearing all of that from Zues; but the Owls are returning only one true starter. Don't get me wrong, I hope the Owls do win the district, (and they can); but, they are going to need some big time play out of some guys that have not played that much. Good Luck Owls!
