Is it true that coach Williams @ Lavergne is seeking the HC job. I think he used to be the OC @ Hillsboro.

Sounds like the winning days may be coming to an end at the BORO. Sorry to see this happen. I hear the principal hasn't even hired a basketball coach & it's been nearly a year. Maybe he wont wait so long to fill the football position.

I am refering to at least a hundred or so of the Melrose fans who did invade

the Hillsboro stands.

You say "Let's not start this all over again". Appearantly this has been a problem at other schools when you all have visited!

Great law abiding fans would discourage others from behaving in this manner.

I assure you that most other high school fans throughout Tennessee act in a more

civilized manner.

Hillsboro was beaten badly and that is a credit to the Wildcat players and coaches

not to the so called fans who wish to insite trouble.

Congratulations to Melrose.

Your team may have class but alot of your fans are nothing more than

common thugs.

It may be common practice in Memphis for the opposing teams fans to

invade the home teams stands to taunt, use foul languge to everyone,

including children, and try to place bets, but nowhere else have I ever witnessed such indignity.

There were nine police officers on duty but the smell of pot was still

overwhelming at times.

TSSAA should use some the huge gate money to do something about this problem before some innocent law abiding fans get hurt or worse.

We fans from Mid-TN were just wondering if you all have decided to change the game to saturday night again this year?

well, i agree with what i saw on another thread..looks like fisher may end up at State Penn instaed of Penn State..after he knocked minnich down , he was 'waving bye' and taunting him...what a great role model!..Brandon 'PeeWee' Fanney of Motown west showed much class during the game and was gracious when they lost.. he said 'They just beat us'..no excuses from the RAEL MR FOOTBALL

Walter Fisher did not taunt Minnich after laying the smackdown on him.

Fisher was ejected for defending himself after being muged at the sidelines.

Morristown West will whip everyone in Upper East Tennessee.

 

Maryville,Cleveland or Central will meet Morristown West in the semifinals.

 

Hillsboro and Melrose will meet in the West.

 

Who wins this? Who knows! It will be wide open this year.

 

 

Maryville will be even better next season. Maryville could win it this year. Next season they could be the favorite.
