FIRST OF ALL I WASNT BASHING LORETTO FOR WINNING AGAINST PAGE LAST WEEK. I WAS QUESTIONING WHY WE HAD STARTERS IN THE 4TH QUARTER WITH A 30+ LED. ALSO I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS IRONIC THAT WE ALL SPENT 21 POSTS TALKING ABOUT OUR SUBS THEN LOSE IN A CLOSE GAME. AS FOR YOUR COMMENT ON PEOPLE LIKING TO BASH OTHERS, I THINK YOU PROVED YOUR POINT BY BASHING ME.

They now have a coach who's not an Alabama retiree,or from Alabama.(Strange I know!)He knows where the state line is and realizes Loretto is north of it.There are actually people outside of North Alabama who have good programs.And finally, Alabama girls basketball is NO comparison to Tennessee!Why do you think none of them play in tournaments up here?

WELL, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SUBS TONITE, LORETTO LOSES TO SINGLE A COMMUNITY 41-34!

THE LORETTO AND COMMUNITY MATCHUP SHOULD BE A GOOD ONE. COMMUNITY HAS A STRENGTH RANKING OF 30TH BASED ON A SCHEDULE RANKING OF16TH. LORETTO HAS A STRENGTH RANKING OF 56TH BASED ON A SCHEDULE RANKING OF 99TH. BUT YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THE GAME STARTS.

As a successful former Lady Mustangs player, I asked that each of you put your negative comments and insinuations to rest. The Lady Mustangs now has a coach that EXPECTS something from his players and he does push hard. If a coach expects nothing then their players will give them nothing. That is my current COLLEGE coaches favorite statement.

I AM JUST SIMPLY ASKING A QUESTION HERE, NOT TRYING TO START TROUBLE. WHY ARE THE LORETTO LADY MUSTANGS NOT PLAYING IN THE NORTHWEST ALABAMA CHRISTMAS TOURNAMENT AS THEY HAVE FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS?

Loretto rotated 7 players, so it is a little of a stretch to say only 5 starters played. I agree, some of the other bench players could have been rotated in earlier considering the score.

I WASN'T IMPLYING THAT THEY ONLY PLAYED THE FIVE STARTERS. THEY OCCASINALLY PLAY TWO OTHER GIRLS IN OTHER GAMES. THAT LEAVES THREE GIRLS THAT NEVER SEE ANY REAL PLAYING TIME. IN THE PAGE GAME LORETTO ONLY HAD 1 POINT FROM A SUB, THAT PLAINLY SHOWS THAT THE STARTERS WERE STILL PLAYING IN THE 4TH QUARTER. THE ONLY EXPLAINATION I SEE IS TO PAD THE SCORING STATS OF SOME OF THE STARTERS AND A TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE FUTURE OF THE PROGRAM.

loretto00, you need to stay off of coacht, this is not to down a team all the time. you must have not play sports at loretto, because you would not down a team if you played there or you did and wasn't good enough to play and now you are taking it out on these guys now. If you have been out as long as 2000 why are you just now going on coacht. They don't need somebody like you at the games, and they don't need you on here running them down. Just because mustangs1000 said the baseball team is good doen't mean they play i thinkthey have a great baseball team and i don't play. I pull for all the loretto sports.

If everybody would just stop running Loretto Boys down. They are doing the best they can . You just can't expect them to come out and win every game because after you have play with one coach for so long it takes time to get that coach out of their system. And ya'll didn't tell everything about last night. Lewis had fresh guys in and out all night, and loretto only had 6 guys on the floor.
