  1. well well well...looks like dozier won this battle---i wasn't there, how'd the matchup go. it said in the paper that young skogen didn't score until the 4th quarter. is this right? and another thing...seth skogen will be the best football player in the chattanooga area??? you have got to be kidding me! first of all, temple's "football program" didn't play ANYONE this year. in fact, speaking of blind schools, didn't they play the tennessee school for the blind? but regardless, there is no way that you can tell how good a football player is until he plays some competition. maybe temple should start playing games that count, and not just in a fun league.

No dozier didn't win the battle- his team did - seth had more points. Seth has a better feel for the offense than dozier, who was out of control some of the time. Dozier is good but seth is just better. And by the way, Temple didn't play the school for the blind. And how good a football player is doesn't rely on what team he is on. Time will tell how good seth is in baketball and football.

  2. Why are u guys all over cleveland? They beat a good school and if they are playing well right now they deserve to be ranked high, no matter if they don't have as much talent as the other teams. If and when someone beats them they will drop, but they haven't been beat yet so they deserve it.

  3. How about the Temple freshman. They account for 12 of the 22 starting positions. In Temples first year they have a chance to go .500 on the year. The freshman QB has a chance to set the chattanooga record for passing yards, passing to caleb skogen, a junior, who set the chattanooga record for recieving yards. These guys have a chance to do something good in the future.

  4. First of all they have had the best sportsmanship of any team i've played against.

Second, they are very tough- not big, just tough- they are sooooo fast - so u better not over pursue, or it will be a long night.

I think they could compete with better schools - the only thing that would hurt them is their size in their lineman- otherwise they are very talented.

  5. That's like saying that they would have won the game if he would have hit a couple home runs in the ninth. That makes no sense at all. The fact is temple did hit shots in the first half. The refs made some bad calls both ways, they definately weren't for temple

  6. NCS03,

You have no idea what you are talking about. Temple plays solid defense. Ryan Wadley is one of the best defenders i have seen in Chatt. And the two sophmores contribute a lot with some big shots and steals. Plus, Isiah Mouw is a great shot blocker and rebounder. They usually turn games around with their defense to give them layups on the other end(and dunks). Please don't make comments if you don't know what you are talk about.

  7. I go to Temple and we are probally going to be relying on about 5 starting freshman and most the players have never played organized football before. Our middle school team won the championship this year and we have a lot of athletes but we are still going to have a very tough season.
