kyle may be a freshman, but he is an amazing freshman. I think he has 9 hr so far this season and he is an awesome pitcher. So how bout we all simmer down now.

ALL Seymour HAS? They just so happen to have some very good guards(#3 and #10 have awesome assists), some outside shooters (#30 had three 3-pointers against Loretto) and other post players (#23 had 14 points and more than likely led the team in rebounds and #55 i believe had 9 or 10 points), so maybe you should check your facts. Brooke deserves to be recognized as the best player, but she isn't the ONLY player.

This isn't any regular 6'4" player. Johnson scores from anywhere, and I believe Loretto will have a hard time stopping her. Also, the other players can step up and score big points.

Its a shame two good teams had to play to decide who would go to state, when actually both teams should have been there.

Its a shame two good teams should play to decide who goes to state????? That makes no sense. Someone has to lose and someone has to win. Not all "good" teams get to go to state.

All the Seymour girl played great! It was a wonderful team effort.

Don't count out Sevier County for the AAA crown.

And about the post about how can one team be better than the other, not to stir up any trouble, but one team had to loose, and won team had to win. Unfortunatley, it was Seymour, kudos to those girls they played there butts off. Anyway, the reason is that sevier co won, and that makes them the better team, not because they have better players, or better coaches, but because they won, thats the only reason.

If I remember correctly, Seymour beat Sevier Co. the first time they matched up this year. So I don't think you can say one team is better than the other just bc they won this one game.

Say what you want but I bet anyone of you "bashers" would take Sade on your team!

I doubt our coach would take her on our team because of her attitude!

Go Lady Eagles!!! No one thought you could do it, but you pulled through! Great game! If you can beat the number one ranked AAA team, you can beat anyone!

devilfanatic, you are very, very overconfident. I predict that if the rest of your team is like you are, you will not win the state. everyone is beatable. You are no exception. They might have to fix the doors at MTSU so your big head will fit through.

well seymour kinda has a problem of figuring out who to dress out b/c they have to many people they can play. not to take anything away from beechboard, i'm sure she is very good along with the rest of you, but it is still about match-ups and heart and who shows up ready to play at 10 thursday.

you cannot base any game on previous scores, every game is about 2 things:

1. HEART

2. MATCHING UP PLAYER FOR PLAYER

and nobody will know until game time

I have heard of Livindston and I respect their team, BUT I believe that we have worked very hard all year long to make it this far and we are going to be a force to be reckoned with an Thursday, so be ready. Even if we dont have the "tradition" as stated earlier. Does a 1990 State Championship really matter in 2003? or a 1999 championship for that matter. None of the players that took you to state in the past are still on the team, so what does tradition have to do with anything?
