  1. Sources close to the program have said that Don Ward (former h-c at South-Doyle, etc...) will be coaching at Halls next year. And that Coach Julian has interviewed a few young coaches, but nothing is for sure right now.

  2. Could the fact that Maryville put the ball on the ground 4 times in the first half have had anything to do with it?  ;)

    Just asking.

    4 fumbles and 1 interception in the first half. I'm sure that had something to do with it. Ask dmoyers1 if maryville planning on postponing their game indefinitely? apparently they cannot perform in sub-par conditions. :(

    How does every thread on this board end up in a discussion about maryville? ;)

  3. I wouldnt say that, considering Halls ran a completely new offense last week against South Doyle, and has ran a different defense almost every week.  Who knows what they've got cooked up for tomorrow night.  Be ready kitties ;)

    I've heard rumors that Halls is moving towards a 3-5 look on defense, and has been experimenting with some wing-t stuff after webb's success vs powell. ;)

  4. newman = billygoat

    billygoat = ted williams

    ted williams = a 5'4 midget who never played high school football who coaches defensive backs at halls.

    avidfan is a bigger baby than any rebel fan i have seen.

    Rebelfreak, you are sadly mistaken. I happen to know for a fact that Newman/billygoat is Tony Shultz. A former clinton coach who is now coaching outside of Atlanta. And he's about 6'5. Why would someone from maryville care so much about the Halls coaching staff?

  5. Was this the first game maryville has ever played on a wet field? The field may be wet for the rebels this week too. are they gonna have another poor performance? or maybe just move the game to saturday, or maybe sunday (no wait, there may be a chance of rain on sunday) :D

  6. Knox County does have a middle school program. Its not involved with the rest of the Middle school teams though they are thinking about tring to join them. There are only about 7 teams i think, and it is different from Super Midgets.

    Phill, you are mistaken. Knox. Co. does NOT have school-sponsered Middle School football. They have Super-Midget football sponsered through the recreation league. This is for 7th and 8th graders, and they are called "Middle School" teams.

  7. ACfball31, you must be confused. There are six middle schools in anderson co. and none of them are called anderson co. middle school. Is this fantasy middle school the east tn champs of the fantasy middle school football league? :rolleyes:

    (p.s. the use of profanity and vulgar insults will get you kicked off of coachT)
