- The FIRST teams to have entry fee in will have spots reserved.
- 1 HOUR Dual match ups. (closest weights)
- Early practice available ? TBA.
- Weigh in at your school and send actual weights to Coach Lauderdale or Coach Satterfield that evening, or Weigh in at Tournament site on that morning.
- We will have a very light concession, so it is recommended to bring your own cooler for food and drinks.
- Seating is very limited, so it is recommended to bring your own chair.
- All participants must fill out and parent / guardian sign the Agreement / Release Form in order to participate (bring with you the Day of Competition).

- Gate: $ 3.00 children/students, $ 5.00 adults
- TSSAA Mass Weight certification 7:30 am – 9:30 am
- Team Check In: 8:00 – 9:00 am (Pay for all participants entered on trackwrestling ; must see coach Lauderdale to verify Team/wrestlers or they will be scratched. )
- Wrestling begins: ~ 9:30 or 10 am (as soon as brackets are built)
- Wrestlers will be matched up into a 3-4 man round robin
- Varsity Division (3 min.)
- Freshman / JV Division (2 min.)
- Girls Division (2 min.)
- Middle School Division (1 ½ min.)
- Three-four rounds (round robin)
- Closest four to weights will be grouped together
- Once started, we will not take a break. Wrestlers break will be between rounds (allowing the 45 min.).

This CONTRACT is made and subscribed by the Principals of the
Pigeon Forge High School and of the High School for Wrestling Sport contests in the Rocky Top Sports World Sports Facility to be played as follows:
City: Gatlinburg, TN Date: December 22-23 2016
Day(s) 1 and 2 7 AM till 7 PM
The rules of the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association are a part of this contract.
Only officials registered with TSSAA shall be used if the game is played in Tennessee. Names of the officials shall be submitted to the visiting school for approval at least five days before the date of the contest. The home team shall be the judge of weather conditions. In case of rain, the game will be played on:
The school failing to carry out the provisions of this contract shall pay the other a forfeit of $400.00 dollars, unless this contract is altered or cancelled by mutual agreement of the contracting schools or by the TSSAA Board of Control.
This contract shall be automatically cancelled if either school is suspended from membership in TSSAA, or if either school proposes to use a player declared ineligible by TSSAA but for whom an individual or group of individuals has instituted litigation seeking to have the courts set aside the ruling of the association. Otherwise, this contract cannot be cancelled except by mutual agreement or by authority of the TSSAA Board of Control.

In consideration of this application by the Pigeon Forge High School Wrestling program, undersigned, as parent or guardian, understands, agrees, and acknowledges as follows: 1) Pigeon Forge High School does not provide insurance coverage for enrolled wrestlers against expenses of accident, injury, or illness suffered while enrolled in the event; enrollment and participation is at the sole risk of the enrolled wrestler and his\her parent or guardian 2)In any event involving the undersigned child and requiring emergency medical treatment or hospital admission, under such circumstances is not allowed timely contact between event officials, their coach, and undersigned, this will authorize event officials and their coach to take such action as they deem necessary in the medical treatment of the undersigned child 3) This will further serve as the full release and discharge of the event and its officials from any and all liability from loss, damage, or injury suffered by the child of undersigned arising out of or related to injury, illness, or loss while child of undersigned is enrolled; undersigned will indemnify the event and its directors and hold them harmless against claims or suit made or brought by anyone on account of such injury, illness, or loss.
