Location: TBA (Cannot announce until contract signed) but will be in Nashville, TN Time: Game 1 will start at 3:00pm with Game 2 under the lights Mark calendar MORE INFORMATION ON SPECIFICS WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON! MIDDLE TENNESSEE COACHES PLEASE START LOOKING FOR EMAIL REGARDING NOMINATING YOUR SENIOR PLAYERS (SENIORS ONLY)
  2. Let's just say the new coach has Yellow Jacket DNA
  3. Huh? Are you sure you met me? Hmmmmmmmm Bro, I wouldn't believe everyhting you see or hear. LOL
  4. Yes you have stated what you think will happen, and that is all cool, but you've also continued this "down to three", or "I was told......." BUT, you can't provide a single name, plus this, "he has to run a his offense." All I am asking is, where do you hear that? Just hang tight - Trust Me!
  5. Using a movie reference. I know exactly what Billy Bob said. You just keep 12 on your mind
  6. The number 12 is a good round number Keep the number 12 in the forefront 2,4,6,8,10, 12 Billy Bob says.............."I give it a 12! A dang 12" The most Super Bowls won by any number QB is.........................12 If you subtract 12 from 24, you still get 12
  7. And like yall are saying.....................That is the word going around. Maybe-Maybe Not!! I know for a fact that one of the candidates was told he would be in contact with him when he gets back from out of the country at end of the week. I am tired of all these "it is down to 3" it's down to 2", etc. etc. etc. Wade Comer may be the next one. Hundington guy may be as well. Rang, Dobbs, Rice, Smith, and Mickey and The Duke. Maybe it is Mr. Georgia Tech, maybe it is not. Maybe it is Les Miles, Brandon Eden, Davy Cothron, Maybe it is Mr. Scotts Hill. Maybe it is The Butler. It was he who killed in the movie Clue, correct. Maybe it is PJ Fleck. Maybe it is Maybe there is a purple tie to be worn at the announcement. Maybe it is a polo. Maybe it is a jump suit from the mid-90s Memphis days. Maybe none of you, nor I have a clue. All the crap you hear from a former TC player or current player is worthless info. Waste of your time. Clint Satterfield isn't having coffee with the former players or current players, or my cousin's girlfriend's daddy says......... His lips are sealed. Funny how people on here say it is down to 3,5,7,2,1,14,30, but can't give a single "Finalist" name, not one dang name. Didn't Limp Bizkit say, "It's all about the he said-she said Bull%^(&^? Maybe it was! All this.......He has to run his offense, or "This specific offense" or "Be his puppet" or "That Satterfield Man should leave this whatever Man.....crap-crap-crap, blah, blah, blah. This coaching thread turned into an official offer to a TC player and his "Commitment" to a United States Service Academy, but he hasn't taken the ACT, nor has he been recommended by a congressman/woman, nor done anything but attend a game on three free tickets. That has nothing to do with this thread. This isn't No Clue High. Tonight, one guy knows his direction, and maybe one other (school principal), but a tonight or tomorrow announcement is highly unlikely. Mr. Satterfield has a date, and I doubt he wants to inform the world of the new head football coach of his school while he's in another country. It don't fit his style.
  8. I'd only bet on about 30-40% of this list and be sure your using house money! LOL
  9. Who is this horse's mouth? Dobbs may or may not, but who is this final three?
  10. Only one man knows. All other lines regarding who it is or who it isn't going to be, or who has been offered, etc. etc. is only speculation and rumor.
  11. Yes he can if the school board approves it. No law says he can't just because of a title. If school board approves its director as also being head whatever coach, then they can.
  12. Negative Ghost-RIder The coach and run whatever they want
  13. KDB - Love ya, Bro, but you are being sooooo misinformed. He can coach if he wants. No law says he can't. You said it all when you said, Dr. That job doesn't allow much free time to coach, but he could if he chose.
  14. This has no truth or value either. Doesn't have the time to coach nor wants to, but whomever gets the job, will surely have a great contact to figure out some Xs and Os. Trust me. I ain't joking either.
  15. Never have played a 6A school, ever. Lebanon will be school's first 6A opponent
  16. Not True! Not even close Offensive scheme don't matter
  17. Wil declined to participate. Of course he was selected. He was also selected as the MidTN Senior AAA Player of the Year.

  21. Man, kids are not dropping out of baseball like flies to stay in the weight room. Those three decided what was best for them. None of the three were heavily counted on this year in baseball. Good Luck to all YJs this spring and next seasons.
  22. Justin Wilson - Oakland High in Murfreesboro He is a David Lipscomb signee.
