I heard sanders got in a fight and came out on the bad end of it, but i don't know how true it is.....and i want to say that in my mind the Trojans won the game last night and it should be Ooltewah vs. Soddy in the finals.

Why do yall hate him so much, all his predictions for the games have been correct so he obviously knows something........

Simonzander has a 4.0gpa, contender for Validictorian(not sure if i spelled that right), he has the top grade in his AP physics and AP calculus classes. Some say He already has offers for free 8 year trips to just about any school he wants.

Soddy beat Notre dame tonight by 10 @ Notre Dame. The refs didn't help much either, but i remember hearing someone from Ooltewah saying Soddy couldn't play with ND or OHS.

it was somewere around 67-56 or something i think soddy won by around 10. we were down by 7 at the half though

Soddy plays Sequatchie Co. tomorow at 9 and Bledsoe Co. friday at 6. Hixson monday and Notre Dame tuesday. Then that friday and saterday we'll be up in Grundy Co. playin in a tournament up there.

We do, they are at sequatchie county. First home game monday against hixson.

It is an absolute JOKE to have only 4 teams in district 13 in AAA.  I can't think of ONE good reason why any district would only be assigned 4 teams.  TSSAA.......what in the he** were you thinking?

There is only 4 teams in district 6 also, but they could easily add Rhea County or Bradley County from the 6 team district 5......... its crazy though.

if you know how to go in the back way to the school of hyatt road then the gym is right there.

nokona i really hope so, we were supposed to be in it 2 months ago......then they delayed it a couple weeks.....couple more weeks.....couple more weeks......the guy is supposed to be out tomorow to check it to make sure it is safe or something..... i think we'll be able to play in there monday though.

Red Bank had only 1 senior last year and he hardly played. Balla, how did Glab look after losing all of that weight? Ken Green and Brandon Moon were very good players for them last year.

I believe there are too many good teams in Chattanooga for one to go undefeated. Its hard to play 30+ games and not slip up one game or two.

since this is a thread about the district... what does central and red bank look like. no one has said anything about those two teams. mnewballer, i know that you would know who finished better in the district. after the season what were the district rankings and what were they after the district tournament last year. i know brainerd won, ooltewah was second, and soddy was last, but how did red bank and central fare in the season and post-season? what is the outlook for both teams this year?

I've seen Red Bank play this year and they look pretty tough. They are returning almost all( it might even be all ) of there players. Like I said this district is going to be a rough one this year.

By the way everyone i was making a joke about the gym thing.

Is Ooltewah going to be tougher than they were last year??????? I just don't see them improving they had a good year last year.

I have heard stories about a mystery manager at a small school in west Tennessee.  Rumors have traveled as far as Nashville about his antics.  They say he can fill 6 bottles at once, carry 422 towels in one arm (which is basically unnecessary, but he did it on a dare), and tape up three ankles at once.  If you have a name for this kid, I am sorry that I can't remember the school off the top of my head, please, please post his name and give him the credit he deserves.  If you think your manager can rival this, post that too, I'd love to hear about it.

I don't know how this rumor got to west tennesse because that is Bryant Nida of Soddy Daisy. Tubby Smith and Coach K have both offered him full 4 year scolarships, although he will probably skip college and go straight to the NBA.
