EXACTLY I completly agree it means nothing its nice to have but whats it matter as long as you go undefeated? The poles are nice too look at ti and they give you a GENERAL idea on what it looks like statewide but they dont mean anything...how well you play and how many game you win...plain and simple

that was one EXAMPLE of what would make us better....there is no excuse DB tends to buckle during big games, and turns the ball over in big games...plain and simple...no excuse that is just one way to make us better

Well one reason for DB not being able to bring home the State Champ Trophey is because the lack of competition in E. Tenn for us. I am not bragging or saying how much better DB is then everyone just stateting a fact in 5A Midd Tenn overrall have better teams and they all play each other....where is here it's DB, OR, and occassionally SH, and Jeff Co....if ALL these programs would step up it would not only help DB it would als help ALL the teams in the area....a crappy scout team D isnt going to help an Off. You gotta have competition.

Ok here we go, I have a fun math problem for all of us...math is fun This Game + Alllll the trash talk + The Winner = NOTHING!!!! it means absolutely nothing.....Tn High are not in The Big East, are not even in our class....so this will do nothing but change that AP and as many of you TH fans have stated those things are just what people think....so DB is going to come to Bristol come out with a W and only get to stay number 1 either way DB = playoff bound!!!!

Well Cap not to argue with you...but I dont think Elizabethon would be considered an "Explosive offence" and if you think they are then my firend you may be in for a very very very very very rude awakeneing. As DB has showed time and time again. No matter what kinf of Def. they run whether it is the 3-3-5 or some other odd looking Def. they are more then capable of shuting down the run....i.e. Jeff County number RB in the Big East Conf. and the total off. yards was 85 for the ENTIRE game. With watching bot teams play DB if OR can keep the mistakes down to a minimal I think this was one will be a good game but I will also take OR to win this one. Is it at the Ship or in Dandridge

Wel the "turnover Deamon" has been known to hit DB like a bad flu....I hope it dont but every once in a while Db seems to drop and fumble everything. They are also good at causing turnovers so we'll see I couldnt answer that

I have respect for TH dont think I dont because I pick them to get beat and because I think DB is that much better. I respect every team we have played....anyway question what does MLC stand for

Last year was most definetly a rebuilding year for DB and anyone that has watched any DB games both this year and last can tell you that. First game last year starting QB outf or season next one staeps up plays some games and gets hurt goes out but is back in time to play the next week still a bit injured. We had no real speed in the backfield just a juggernaut FB...this year we are much better then we were...granted TH is improved also...and Sylvester only stand out on off.? Sylvester has had ONE 100 yard game and that was just last week!? Sensabugh is a stand out Thrope is a stand out and Marchez picks up the yards up the middle...they are using sylvester sparingly to get some speed outside...Burton does have work to do....but no worries firday...and our Def. Are you even counting the Defense? One of the best LB corps in the state plenty of All-State LB's...to many weapons on BOTH sides of the ball for most teams in Tennessee...that including TH Roll Tribe Roll

What are you on...ok NO!!....Marchez stands at a massive height of like 5'8"? and Sylvester is skinny and def. needs to put weight on....Thrope one of our better WR. is very small....this team doesnt have size HAVE YOU WATCHED DB PLAY!?! ok anyway I will forgive the ignorance but we will see....I remeber lots of teams sayign these same things countless times....why do people trash talk and then get that tater thumped on game night AHH!? anyway game over DB quick and easy
