For two years I have wanted Centennial to beat Brentwood, and frankly they should have. This year Brentwood is the underdog and yet I still feel like they have the edge because of coaching. Curtis Steele is impressive despite not having a very good Offensive Line. I believe the coaching of Brentwood will shut him down. Sportsguy1976 may know what his rushing numbers were each of the last two years against Brentwood. I'd be curious to know.

 

Second to coaching, as a reason for Bwood winning, is conditioning. I think Centennial has always been a terrible 4th quarter team. I'd love to see that stat as well for points for/against in the 4th Q for centennial over the past three years!

This comment is directed to bdd and all the rest of those centennial haters who predicted a Ravenwood win, NOT. This game wasn't even close. Centennial came out in the first half with sluggish defense but made adjustments at halftime and shut, excuse me I mean SHUT down ravenwood's quote unquote passing attack. The only time they moved the ball was on quarterback scramble, fluke pass 1st downs, and let me reiterate all of this in the 1st half. The score was two plays away from being 37-6. All yeah Bdd your coaching strategy didn't help. Put 8 in the box, stop still and beat the cougars. It didn't work- Steele 3 TD's and the win. Ravenwood a has been. Roll cougars! are you kidding....chs has one of the best o-lines in the state...Centennial can beat itself in this game but Raven can't come close.

Ravenwood is a year away, but they'll make things VERY exciting.

The D is looking alot better with Koenn Steele and Tommy all on the feild for Defense. You dont know what your talking about.

Centennial will beat Franklin this year!

Curtis Steele from Centennial will give anybody in the state a run for their money. This kid is the most underrated, most productive back in the midstate. If you don't believe me look at the numbers, they don't lie!

Centennial will have a hard nose D with 9 or 10 seniors on D.

Coach didnt let this kat play this year but it is hurting the cougars. he is a very great player and needs to be on the team.

You have to see this guy play.

Hendersonville will not be able to move the ball on Franklin.And Hendersonville's D they not really good at all we whomped them up front.Our D could not make a stop all night,and no D no . Franktown will win it all this year.

Hold on there!! I wouldnt count my boys out of this 1 there ready to play the practice atmosphere this week was great! The player from CHS are going to be really jacked up for this 1. I would say the bears will be 2. Should be a great game.
