The 1000 pt club might have been part of the problem last year, hope it doesn't come into play as a problem the next few years. Remember there is no "I" in team. Winning the important games should be what matters, not who's scoring and reaching that plateau. Not meaning to ruffle feathers just making an observation and voicing an opinion.
