AAA is pretty wide open. I thought Powell might have an advantage, before post-season play began, but I'm not so sure right now. They have a tough rematch at Jeff County tomorrow (Panthers won a close game earlier this season). There are a handful of teams who have a legit shot at winning the whole thing, IMO.

Powell had to be the preseason pick to win it all.  Runner up last year, didn't graduate their pitcher, and they hit the ball better this year than last year....but I dont think they have been playing well recently so I'll take a Jefferson County team that seems to be peaking to upset them.

Looks like this wont be an issue this year for CAK or TKA

I would not jump at the idea of my daughter playing for TKA. I would much rather my daughter play at Maryville, Gibbs, GPS, or any other school that does things the right way and values sportsmanship and class. Their coaches don't believe they are owed anything due to their last name.

There's a reason TKA has a hard time scheduling games and it's not because teams are scared of them.

CAK is pretty bad but I think most people would say that TkA is worse. The coach throws his last name around like he is the one that built something even he really just rides his dads coat tails.

Maybe you should s stick to playing the guitar. I know for a fact Watertown is a better team. We had them beat several times. We let them off the hook and then the last game we wanted to lose. Goodpasture is overrated and their coach knows nothing about softball. We are going to beat Whitwell by four runs today. If you know so much about softball in East Tennessee then you would know that Silverdale threw that game. Goodpasture is going to get beat and the third base coach gets under my skin. He wouldn't even pitch to my daughter because he knows shes the best player. Tired of all the cheating up in Nashville anyway glad to be going to Chattanooga so we don't get cheated. Watertown lady tigers on the way to Murfreesboro.

Better teams don't lose 4 times to a team they think they are better than.

You do understand we gave you that game right? So if we see you again we can beat you with are best pitcher. You pitched the same girl every time. Your Coach on third cheats he is not a very good Coach I know from travel ball. WT Tigers beat Whitwell today 8-4 and Silverdale who threw their game against Whitwell in the Region Championship will prob crush Goodpasture. I heard Coach Woodard didn't wanna face us so he threw the game!

No dog in this argument, but follow softball pretty closely especially at the State level and in East TN.  This is literally the dumbest post I've seen in a while.  I think you all have lost to Goodpasture 4 times, so it maybe time to come the realization they are better than you and just stop typing.  No one would want to lose a game to play a team that had beat the team they would have played if they won 4 times.

Does it really matter if this incident took place? We all know he will be on the football field and/or basketball court as soon as AE starts next year. I'd be willing to bet if he was on the baseball team at AE he'd be in the starting line up for the opener.

Wow good one disgruntledfan, way to talk crap about a game where Gibbs threw a JV pitcher that couldn't throw a strike. They were up 7-1 and Hardin Valley came back because of walks and errors

Gibbs also bring their JV fielders? Or do you have an excuse for the errors too?

I can gaurantee you that I dont ride the pine and my father probably doesn't even know Seymour has a baseball team. I'm willing to bet that you'd be lucky to get to split time in deep right field on Seymours team. Why dont you guys help yourself down to the field and take some swings in the cage or hit each other ground balls. I'm pretty sure that you all had more errors than hits in the two games. Seriously one run in two games?
