while i respect your post no matter how much you bash my rankings, all you farragut fools need to remember, your team LOST ( what? lost?) to catholic last year at farragut, and its so funny how this year's game was cancelled. i mean, how about we put this into perspective: your starting five is a solid, if unspectacular, group that hustles, and, while lacking any real talent, has some size. now, as for catholic, you have quite a few athletes. starting as a freshman at notre dame, and transferring to catholic his junior year in the middle of the season, tony fox has two things none of farragut's players do: talent AND balls. brett connor is the surprise of knoxville this year and he is by far the smoothest player in knoxville this year. dan sheridan will beat any post player for farragut, and jay davis(?) for farragut is a piece. i mean the kid is tall and can shoot and pass ok. that doesn't make him jesus in sneakers. he would probably be the third or fourth best player at catholic. so when you try to type some response about how awful my rankings are (listening to some type of christian alt-rock band or worse yet, 50 cent, on your dell laptop, opening a new picture of heidi klum to put into your personal folder for after you're done posting on coacht, making sure to lock the door ahead of time so dad won't walk in like last time which led to a very embarassing scene) remember this, i will make you cry. oh yes, i will. so, here are my new and improved rankings:

You guys played hard and thats all that matters right? better luck next year huh? second...i decided a long time ago that i was going to college for an education, whooaaa so you got me there... i am not going to go to a crappy school just to play like alot of people do and end up working at wendy's like i would guess you would be. most bhs kids dont know about what an education really is... and last i just want you to continue having great seasons because you really played great last year.. haha

farragut: overrated, beat a very average webb team who has played NO ONE by eleven points. probably fifth, might be better than m-ville.

Knox Catholic is better than most of the overrated teams in Knoxville, and youcan tell the overrated ones bc they are overrated in everything: Bearden and Farragut. They are better than Rhea, Cleveland, Maryville, possibly Fulton and AE as well. After seeing Farragut-Webb, I am pretty confident Catholic would hang one on the Admirals, especially after beating them at Farragut last year.

I'm absolutely certain that you could ask any college coach in the country, and they would tell you that they would give their right arm to get Tyler.

i wouldn't give my right arm for tyler. i mean think about all the consequences of such a thing. first there's a problem in that without a right arm, a coach could scare off the other recruits. not only that, i enjoy writing with my right hand, it's fun, and i also happen to be right handed. there's also the fact that for the rest of your life you'll be walking around like a one-armed freak, wallowing in misery and loneliness. i, for one, don't believe that any coach would give their right arm for tyler, or for anyone else for that matter. ok, quick recap, giving right arm for tyler? pros- tyler cons- too many to name here. get the picture?

No, no they aren't. haha, your post is so ridiculous it brought a smile to my face. trash-talking different from making fun? making fun of someone is all in good jest. student sections all thrive on taking a player out of his game and/or getting a rise out of him. its the best part of being a sports fan. i know countless times student sections have made fun of a player's appearance, and if you're a player that gets bothered by people you don't even know calling you something, you need help. in my mind, it crosses the line when the students physically attack a player, i.e. throwing things, spitting, and that sort. do i agree with student sections bringing out personal info about a player that they heard? by all means yes. again, if it bothers a person to the point they can't play a simple game then they need serious help. (anger management folks)

they have very good guards in tony fox and matt parton. fox is main scoring threat. frontcourt of daniel sheridan, brett connor, and tremane brown among best in knoxville. have as much or more depth as last year. should keep it kind of close with ba, although i don't see them winning. also, does anyone know if catholic beat usn last night?

Redtwin, I don't have to do "research" to know Ky. football is not as strong as Tennessee. You would never of mentioned Trinity if MBA had not played them. It is my opinion that they would not of won the 4A championship if Brohm had not played. Hillsboro would of eat their lunch. And by the way my opinion counts as much as yours on this board.

Waco has a point. I've noticed MBA people will stick their nose in an argument if it makes their school look a little more like a powerhouse. I agree about Trinity, however, they aren't just a one-man team. It takes a lot more than one guy, even if he is the No.1 prosepct in the nation, to win a state championship at any classification in any state. Football just doesn't work with one guy playing well, it just doesn't happen that a team is successful with one great player and 21 horrible ones.

Oh it's well past that Bubba. But I do give props for taking the pacifist side to the argument. I think I am going to lay off of CAK people for awhile. I don't know which school next. I've already done Webb this year... maybe Bearden, they seem easily irritated.
