You do realize the same ppl picking these and writing the programs that make these polls all picked Ohio State for the NCAA Div I Football Championship. If MJ doesn't make it outta Region 4, #1 doesn't matter, if Shelbyville gets beat in the Region 4 tourney before the finals they are gone also........... Really BBWizzer you gotta tell me what your smokin' man. I actually think 9AAA is the toughest District top to bottom. But 10AAA makes Region 5 a little weaker.

then there's Bryant, Smith & Dawson. Wait she doesn't even start but scores. This is a solid TEAM. Make no mistake about it.

Hope you like surprises! Are your conclusions drawn from watching ONE game? Many ppl have done this in the past. What makes them as good as they are is the fact that they play "AS" a team. The state is full of teams with 1 or 2 all-stars. They problem they have when those players have a bad night or are covered by comparable players they don't score their 25. Check their record and their stats this year. No one players stands out as their premier player. That's what makes them so dangerous.

Everyone has alot of tough games left in 8AAA. Region 4, both 7AAA & 8AAA are by far the toughest districts and Region in the state.

All of this is OUR fault. We sit in the stands and cheer for wins and jeer bad officials, post for lossing coaches to be fired, bad mouth other team, teams coaches and their efforts. We have moved High School athletics to the college level of the 70's. Just look at the post on this site, MINE INCLUDED . We demand excellence. At our school we have young ladies and men who don't even try out for BB because it's tough. They could start at other schools. I'm not arguing right or wrong. This is the sum of our parts. What'd I just say?

Lady Falcons hit 9 3's, SCHS around 4. I remember at Lincoln County last year they hit around 12 3's and the officiating was great last night compared to last year. The thing is Shelbyville's got to go there 16 Jan. Tell me they won't have officials lined up for that game. and As far as missing any calls, there were some missed, there were some phantoms made. One of the officials last night would not call a foul short of blood being drawn. That was the cause of the "block" foul being called. I was on the opposite side on where the LCHS group was sitting and your post hit the shooter in the elbow, arm and head with the other arm. IMNSHO all three factors where not there to play last night. Neither team or the officials were at the top of there games last night. In the boys game SCHS started out 14-2 in the 1st period and got lulled to sleep by a scrappy boys team. That's SCHS's fault not LCHS. They played well, moved the ball and where there until the end. But anyone sitting at the "grill" last night who watched that game couldn't have come away with the feeling that Shelbyville played anywhere near their potential.

Shelbyville's "E" Andrews is a young man to watch. He's already scoring on a talented Eagle team.
