Creek Wood came out stone cold in the 1st. It took a few minutes for the guys who have been sick to get a rhythm. Give Sycamore credit. They had a good 1st(wow 10pts). Pierce could be a great player if he wanted to. From what I've read and heard, seems like he bailed when things got tough. I wouldn't call a 25-7 second quarter by CW a little run. Then they opened the third with a 10-0 run before everyone got pulled. CW also cleared the bench with some who had barely seen action all year. Sycamore has got some great young talent. Seems like they just need someone step up and be a leader when things get tough.

The Creek Wood Crazies are awesome! They were unbelievable at Dickson County. The funnest thing happening on campus!

Huge win! If not for the slow start(4pt 1st qtr), CW could have put it away even earlier. Sycamore is struggling, but I'm sure they will be there when it counts in February. Seems like they're having a hard time replacing Vann and Zavala, but they've got some great young kids. CW seems to have more balance this year. It's more than just Schreiber, Groves and Darden. Derra and Ridgway are playing huge. The real test will come Friday at Waverly. Good luck guys! Keep up the good work!

So is Pierce back or not?

According to the scoreboard on this site, Harpeth won 52-29. Is that accurate? I haven't seen a box score anywhere. If it is true, then did Pierce score all of their points?

DC 60 CW 47 Hard fought battle. Pfleiger played the whole game and ended with 20. CW dug themselves a hole early and couldn't get out. DC hit their free throws down the stretch. Good job CW. Can't wait to see you on the home wood against them with everyone healthy.

Any thoughts on tonight's Creek Wood-Dickson County matchup? Can the hawks upset big brother or will Plfeger set new school record for points in a game in a blowout?
