thacrew is correct. Mr. Locke did not quit the basketball team, nor did he get "weeded out" by Coach Turnham. Locke never tried out for the team back in the spring due to his decision to concentrate on football. To my knowledge he and Coach Turnham have no issues of "discipline" between them. The talk of Mr. Locke in this thread needs to end since it has all been speculation and rumors. End of Story
