I was wanting to start a thread to see who the candidates are for this job. Does anyone have any takes on it???? I would say there are plenty of athletes at that school to be successful- to go along with a coach who has a lot of experience......

Upon his departure, Paris, TN will more than likely be declared a federal disaster area. It might be very difficult in the months to come to locate a pig, chicken, or fish in Paris or surrounding counties. The man is the perfect-eating machine (think Jaws!!). What is even scarier is that the rest of the staff can also ravage all foodstocks.

"Boy Wonder" and SpringTime certainly possess the "expert" ranking and capabilities.

And for the ultimate survival of any and all Parisians..................please, please declare a military type curfew and close any and all buffet type restaurants.....................NO OPEN FOOD LINES!

Congratulations to the Wilson Central Lady Wildcats for a great win tonight 57-47 over the lady Raiders. Wilson Central played a very good game tonight. The Coaching staff had them ready to go and the girls executed the game plan. Chelsea Burroughs really impressed me tonight. She took a very hard shot from a Mcgavok player and it appeared her eye or face hit the floor very hard. She came back in and played very hard and showed a lot of heart tonight. I was very disappointed in the officiating tonight the officials were terrible for both teams and just lost control of the game. Congratulations to the girls and the staff I believe this is the fourth appearance in five years in the state tournament sounds like a pretty good program to me! Rossview has a great facility (built the same time as Wilson Central, same size, etc) and will be quick to get to, better than any other schools in Clarksville.

Wilson Central will win this district this year you have the best big girl in the state in hassel and the best coach as in Bud Brandon not Cambell. Bud is the coach of this team and since Rick went to MTSU Bud or Jim Brown from Jackson County is the best coach in tennessee I have known coach Bud brandon for a long time and he doesnt rebuild he reloads. Now dont get me wrong his dad was a great great coach and has probably groomed his son well. For all of you that say bud cant coach ur wrong his third year there i believe he had them as a state title contender but you say he cant coach. He wins a state championship his 5th year correct me if im wrong but you all say he cant coach. Now for you people that dont like his daddy helping him would you not like to have a guy that has WON as much as anybody on your side please come on its time you face reality and realize that WC is for real With there Players and there Head coach

Well it looks like its that time of the year agian.....thankfully basketball season is here. Im trying to remember the last time that Lavergne was relevant in the district it has been awhile and i dont see that changing especially when you have two powerhouse programs like Wilson Central and Mount Juliet in the district. This is how i see it shaping out
