I remember hearing about the shot from Ezell. The Davis boy from MP blasted one off of him first pitch of the district championship last year. I believe Scharrer did too.

CA and MP definitely has the players. From what I hear MP's hitting has been coming around and CA is getting the job done too. It will be a great game and I think that it will be one of the top matchups in the state. MP's defense is awesome. They have two juniors and a sophmore in the outfield with great speed and a heck of an infield. But I'm gonna say that CA has a great defense too. I'll be the first to tell ya that Drew Earl has a cannon of an arm. He puts the bat on the ball well too.
