first time runnin any kind of ditance over 400 if i ran all yall do i could easily get down under 15

McMinn came out flat last friday and stayed that way the whole game they are not the kind of team to let that happen 2 weeks in a row plus 3 starters coming back brings a whole other confidence(sp) level to any team McMinn will be ready and over come Cleveland

come on guys somebody should b able to run a 3 mile race under 15 i dont even run n i jus ran with a friend for fun n i ran 3 miles under 25 n thats the first tyme n my life that ive ran 3 miles straight

Trace Mcdermit for McMinn county he's one of the best players he has grown tremedously since last year and is a whole lot more agressive if he keeps up his pace nobody will b able to touch him

I believe you need to stick to playing golf and let the golf ball feel your frustrations instead of airing them out on coacht. I am a teacher and I am all for AAU basketball. These children need to feel a belonging to something, and basketball is where they belong. As I have already stated, stick to golf, maybe one day Tiger Woods will want to listen to your whining.
I believe there is nothin wrong with AAU at all, but if a kid dedicates his or her self to a sport in their school they should give that sport 100% when its time for their practices and games. AAU should come next & if you don't want to make that big of a commitment to another sport than you have no buisness playing it at all

a guy wanted to time me in the 400 he didnt have time to stop the watch b4 i got bak round so i dont kno my real time

In cross country it wuz McMinn my 8th grade year

I can't run CC cuz i got football in the fall plus our CC team is serious they run alot they won state last year but my bball coach timed me one day in the 400 n it wuz in the low 50s so i dont kno if thats good or not

I'm a freshman N all those times seem pretty easy if i really trained but I prolly would b a sprinter but I don't kno a thing bout ne thing i jus kno for a football n bball player im pretty fast

McMinn's game was the most exciting I've seen all year. Bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th with 2 outs and Matt Tanzi sends one over the left feild fence for a walk off grand-slam that gave them the 7-3 win
