Do A-AA and AAA run at the same place on the same day. Me and my teammates have been wondering about that. It may be a stupid question but it would be nice to know hahaha. Thanks!

Morristwown West 4X100 relay is looking at a good chance of advancing to state. Their times get better every meet.

West kicked some butt last night...We took our 1st victory lap in 6 years..it was very exciting! Tonight we are heading to the Times-News Relays...Where we are hoping to see some more good results!

Several Meet Records will be broken today. Whats your thoughts?

1st of all West is not excuse central....and 2nd of all we dont choke. True we havent had the talent in the past years, but this year we do. If you are such huge fan of Jefferson how come you havent come to any of the meets that we have ran against them in? It is gonna be a huge shock to you if Jeff doesnt win...b/c you are so close minded to all of the other teams around. Jeff. isnt better then us this year and that is just a fact you are gonna have to face. They may have been the Kings and Queen's of Imac in the past year...but they better watch out...West is going for it hardcore this year...and we arent stopping for anything. Maybe you can find time in your busy schedule and watch Jeff. when they run against us, because you have yet to see the talent Morristown West has this year.

Yes Coach Farmer was very talented. I was told that there is no way you could have done both sports. And we were so just kidding about the money thing..it sounded kinda like bribbery so i just went on it. You need to learn to calm down a little bit cuz most of the things i say on here i am just kidding, and you are calling an 18 year old girl a moron and an idiot..when i have not belittled you by calling you names like that. Yes i said quiter, but again i was kidding. I thought we were both just kidding around but i may have made you mad and took it a little too far. But i mean come on your not really giving West a chance, when we have been doing great all season. I dont down Jeff. like that at all cuz i am a good sport and i like the Jeff. team. I admitt West hasnt exactly had some talent in the past years, but we do now and thats been proven this year! I didnt know you could play baseball and run track at the same time, unless you quit baseball to run track like one of the years, and if you did then your a quiter! Ok to the next subject....So you pay them to win? Isnt there some kind of law or rule against that? Ok an about that denial thing...One of the definitions of Denial is and i quote "The refusal to acknowledge something" Which is the perfect example of you! By this i mean you are refusing to acknowledge that West is a power house this year! A $1000 thats it? Man our coach is giving us $3000 to beat Jeff. Oh yea by the way..By the way did you like seeing the backside of Raymond Farmer..because i do believe you all saw a lot of it.

Even though there are only 3 teams that are gonna be there, it is gonna be so close! I mean it is gonna be a battle through the whole meet! I have no clue is gonna win, but since i am a West runner i hope west wins. Good Luck to all the athletes today!

Coach Farmer mind game? Dont even go there, Coach Farmer is an awesome coach and he doesnt play mind games, so get it straight! And they did divide the end scores in division...shows how much you know. And yes i was happy with our second place finish, in any case we still beat Jeff. Red81, when and if we do beat Jeff at confrence you are so gonna feel like a donkey's rear end. I am not saying that we are for sure gonna beat them so i wont feel as stupid. And i do believe you are a 25-30 year old man (i may be a little off) who is still living through Jefferson High..let it go man..let it go.... *Repp*-I do believe the Jeff Distance team is good. Oh my Favorite person is back! Red81 Where have you been!! Haha i still think you are living in some serious Denial...Everything West and Jeff have been at together which is 2 things i think...West has won..West is kickin some butt this year. And when we beat them last saturday and only half of our girls team was there, because it was our spring break. Even with half of our team gone we still got 2nd in AAA division. Well I think West is gonna take it, both girls and boys. I have nothing against the Jeff team..just you Red81. I think the people on the Jeff team are really nice and i wish them the best of luck in their upcoming meets and confrence!

Just wondering what your predictions are for the 2004 Imac Confrence Champs. Jefferson, West, East, Cherokee, Greeneville, or Cocke County. Predictions on Individual runners would be good. Thanks!

Jamie Holt from Morristown West placed 1st and 2nd in those events. I am not sure which event she placed 1st in.

Morristown West girls got 2nd overall.. and the boys got 3rd! It was a good night for West!

Morristown West is very excited about tomorrow and hoping for good results.. Good luck to you too BHS! Our 4x400 team added a new addition and we are very optimistic about the change in people on the relay...we are hoping we will be stronger at this meet then in the past meets. Yea my fault i was thinking about Greeneville not Cherokee...my bad... i just wasnt thinking...

the worst track is at Cocke Country...it is terrible! Greeneville also has a terrible track and bad facilities (sp). I hurt myself triple jumping there.
