  1. I can tell you what happened. Looked like a square dance in the middle of the field. I did not see anything from either side. Run middle gain 2-3 yards take a flag and move back 5. CAN NOT pass at all. Hope WV does because they hit DB's better than Rcvrs. WV has two pretty descent backs, 27 and 8, and thats it. Line is huge but slower than X-Mas. We play to our potential and we cruise to 2-0, BANK IT.

    Cha Ching!

  2. Well I Hope So...I'm Sure Her Presence On Her Has Mellowed...But She Is A Strong Rebel Fan!

  3. West Tennessee football fans,

If you can't make it to this big game on Friday, you can tune into WTNE 97.7fm for live coverage of this game. "Grace 97-7" will begin their coverage with the pregame show at 6:30, with the kickoff scheduled for 7pm.

"Diamond" Dave McCulley will provide the play by play, and Stan Gerard will provide color and analysis of this 2A semi final matchup.

"Grace 97-7" has West Tennesse's strongest signal for sports broadcasting. You should be able to listen in anywhere in West Tennessee.

    Hope everyone enjoys the broadcast!

Reitz we already had this conversation. No one listen to the radio, bring your 8 bucks and pump some dough back into our economy. Lord knows we pump in into the Hub City Hoser economy!:roflol:

  4. McKenzie, this is the year you can bring home that trophy! Our district deserves it. Whoop up on TCA and then show them boys out east what West Tennessee football is all about. Impressive year! We will be there friday cheering. But, come week 2......you become hated again...lol. Good luck rebels! Dresden is behind you! but gaining....lol. No injuries and safe trip for the TCA folk. Go Dresden!

    Why thank ya there neighbor.:thumb:

  5. Yeah, you'd look like 6 ft. of thread in plaid!!!! I'd look like 6' 1" of stupid refrigerator in it myself. Either that or a MS Delta blues singer and since I can't sing............

    :roflol:

Well I'm not swapping membership cards for one of those Gay Hawk Gold Cards Butchie has been trying to pass out.:roflol: So I guess I will break out the Red and Gray plaids again!:thumb: If it were not so cold I might could find a kilt and wear it. They are usually plaid.:roflol:

Hey, I got rid of those plaid shorts in 8th grade even though i bought them in the 4th grade.:roflol: But if anyone can pull off plaid, I would have to say V & T is the man. Its slimming, just like the body sleeve you bought off late night TV infomercials. :roflolk:

  7. DO NOT BROADCAST!!!! I REPEAT, THE SIGNAL WILL BE SCRAMBLED FROM THE MCKENZIE AREA AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE BALL GAME.!!!!

Bring your 8 bucks and come early enough to eat at our 1 fine resturaunt, "Dairy Queen". Us McKenzians pump tons of dough into the "Hub" City so at least one night you guys can get out and travel 45 minutes north and give a little of that $$$$$ back to McKenzie. Ya Hub City Hosers!:roflol:

Besides, most Lexus, Mercedes, and BMW drivers dont know how to work a regular radio cause its always on XM! :roflol:

  8. If the TSSAA finds out about this mess, you will be in trouble for wetting down the field on purpose so it will slow that Washington boy down. I have read about that boy in my Murphy Fair. He is real fast and is going to play in the SEC. I saw on this website that McKenzie beat those TCA boys 18-7 earlier in the season. Did that coach of McKenzie wet the field down then? I garuntee you that the field should only be wet if it rains. You think im joking but im not.

Roy, you think we are serious, but we're not.:roflol:

  9. I agree with you. I thought that it was rather bush league for Riverside to water down the field like they did. I won't have to worry about that happening at McKenzie. They have more class than to do something like that.

Really? Guess I need to tell Butchie to take his meter wrench up to the field and turn our water off that has been running since Friday at 10PM. :roflol:

  10. The team that lost to Riverside is nowhere near the same caliber team that is going to be playing against JB this friday. Only reason McKenzie even got a shot at Quarterfinals was from a simple choke, sounded like mTp dominated y'all other than that.

Dominated? I dont think so. Statistically speaking, McKenzie had more total offense than mTp. But that dosen't matter, make your excuses for mTp and call it luck if you want but the "W" belongs to the Rebels. :thumb:

  11. Max is good, just had the wind taken out of him.

Flloyd wasn't ejected, just pulled out and had an ear full. I spoke with him afterwards and got what happened. While they were down in the pile, a Riverside player grabbed his facemask and pretty much twisted it off his head. Now knowing Floyd, he stood up for himself which I can't say I blame him. He gets a little hotheaded which is a good thing but control sometimes gets the better of him. He will be out there next week. Lucky for us we had some fine officials tonight and they showed restraint on that call plus a few others. My boy even got warned for reacting to an uncalled action in which he retaleated. We came out pretty healthy and all will be suited up next Friday :thumb:

Thats because the officials were from the Memphis area and therefore have most likely seen a lot worse than a shove, helmet off, etc.... I'd say we were good until we pulled out a knife then you might get put out of the game...:roflol: .... depending on the size of the knife.......
