1. For girl's, it is someone who doesn't even play tennis anymore. Stephanie Evans of FRA was a freshman last year and went undefeated to win the state title. But she is not playing this year because she travels across the southeast to play in different tournaments. It was too easy for her so she won't even play. I'm going to ramble, but i think she is making a mistake. If she played all 4 years, she could become immortal for girls's tennis. Undefeated with 4 state titles in her career, that would be amazing.

  2. last time i checked FRA and Lipscomb weren't top dogs. i'll contend with them anyday.

all i see FRA and Lipscomb as are 2 private schools not good enough to compete in DII.

FRA and Lipscomb might not contend with DII schools, but they are top dogs in their division. FRA has finished in at least the top 2 in state the last 6 years with 4 championships, 5 region championships, and a few metro and district championships. That sounds like a top dog to me. Actually, that sounds more like a DYNASTY!

  3. Ya'll have some logic. Pick people that you really actually think is going to get All-State. These are my top 2 picks from each team that made it to the finals.

    FRA- Ashley Price, Marissa Yenni

    CCS- Brittany Lee, Heather Trimiew

    Houston- Danielle McMurray, Alali Dagugo-Jack

    Farragut- Katie Green, Emily Beuerlein

Father Ryan- Carrie Smith, Lauren Purcell

    Baylor- Jennifer Clemmer, Paige Lanter

From FRA, what about Kristen Garman?

  4. Austin Weaver! Most dominant runner of his time. I dont think he could have beaten Bumbi, actually not even close to Bumbi, but i think if he ran against Bumbi he could have broken 15. His best was 15:19 in CC and won i believe 3 state championships. In track he won 4 state titles in the 3200 and the 1600.

Rob Bates would be the best athlete. Two time state champion in the decathlon and other state titles in the hurdles and long jump. Maybe Kevin Patterson if he didn't get hurt his senior year, but he is also my brother so i could be being nice to him. Another 2 time state champion in the decath with a partially torn hamstring his senior year so he couldn't perform at his best. Yet he still beat Michael Joyner. I'm going with Bates

  5. past kpatt quotes:

"WOW, that had to have been the most insulting post i have ever read. HAHAHA, I just cant believe how funny you are. I have one response to your post, POO."

    "Impressively humorous. Not!"

" Im sure youve heard worse jokes dude. Stop trying to make saywhat feel bad and just talk."

    QUOTE (fastkid101010 @ May 27 2004 - 11:51 PM)

Dont read this if you guys are running tommorow you need to go to bed, we've got the state meet tommorow, fortunately i wont be running until the afternoon so its ok.

"By putting that post, you are keeping them awake because they werent sure what you were talking about and wanted to read it. They stayed awake to read you silly little post. Good Job! "

" If you noticed, he put a sarcasm sign on the bottom of his post buddy."

    " FANTACULOUS!"

Do you not want to just punch this guy in the face??

    825346217

Why dont you do it if you even know who i am. Since you call me "this guy", you obviously have no idea who i am. thats the beauty of these boards, very few people know who you are so you can act however you want. One question, do you just stalk me on these boards, just waiting for the right oppurtunity to say something this, because if you do thats pretty weird. Anyways, those were only like 6 posts out of about 70 ive put. Everyone at some point puts stupid things on these boards, and those are mine. BIG DEAL! So, just ignore me if you don't like what i post, or get used to it.

  6. Good Job Central! I told you not to get cocky. You got killed. You'll have to better than that to beat Elizabethton. I don't think you can stop them. I'd shut up and practice if you want to roll with the big dogs. Looks like they will the one's to beat, not you! Elizabethton is the real deal. Good Luck Elizabethton...put them in their place.

    what happened?

  7. umm....ok lets see all of those are good but Fra is not gonnna keep the championship...my moneys on adam green of elizabethton

    825339728

Wow, that's news to me! No one has been saying that for the last 3 years. You won't be thrilled with the times in today's meet, but you also won't be seeing the REAl team. No one accept Lipscomb ran their varsity today. Romell (spelling?) didn't run, Bijan(spelling?) didn't run and neither did FRA's varsity. I won;t say how many, but it's more than you would think.

  8. 2 of those 5 will be in the top five, but none of them will win (Id say squeaky has the best chance of those 5 and is definately the favorite since hes the reigning champ, but Im going to hold on to my prediction)

Dont ask me who I think will win because right now I have several in mind and even if I had narrowed it down to the #1, I wouldnt disclose a name because you guys obviously arent looking out for him....... :D

I agree with coaster here. their is one man who i have seen that will surprise a lot of you. Actually 2 i think will be good, you just havent heard of them.

  9. Sullivan Central really has what it takes to go the distance this year folks... They will run in the long lasting memory of Coach Dingus's cat (RIP Erny) as the cat was a vauable asset to what was an outstanding run through the 2003 season... now that erny has past away for eternity the team is dedicating their season to the BIG ERN who is a mile high in the sky... Central, with this newfound motivation to please their coach and help ease his wounds, will destroy any competitor that crosses thier path this season (that includes Elizabethton)... this team will be state contenders and will do great this yr... thumb

Any times on them. I mean your pretty confident about them. I have seen some very good times from schools this year. just wondering what their top 5 looks like.

  10. Josh Booker out of FACS. They may be DII-A, but he was All-Metro his Freshman year and he will be a Sophomore this year.

    825295131

Whoah all-metro, who cares. Patrick Turner is the best receiver in the state, no doubt. A 6"5, 210 pound receiver who can run a 4.5 40 and is an incredible athlete kind of gives him an edge. He is the #9 prospect in the COUNTRY. I dont know how you can say anyone else is better. Just one other thing, i would like to see a top recruit out of Tennessee go to a Great football program other than UT. Everyone goes there, its ridiculous. Now Lamarcus Coker has committed to UT and I would have liked to see him succeed at a better football program.. Someone go to Oklahoma, Miami, Florida State or something like that. Not UT. There on the downfall from greatness. Troy Flemming went there and had to change to a fullback because UT wasted his talent. I hope that doesnt happen to Coker.
