My daughter will be going into the 8 grade . Looking to find a AAU team near columbia tennessee.
My other daughter played travel softball so iam new to the AAU and need help thanks .......

I would say your right. I check your paper everyday to see how the teams up there are doing and there is not alot said about softball.

I will agree good coaches will not make this call.
But in this case if i know who softball 19 is this was not the case.
Good luck with college iam sure you will do great there.

You wont see a better game in the state this year
10 innings anyones game. To bad these two had to play to see who goes.

Summertown is a very good team. Two times this year they beat C.A.
The rest C.A. shot there self in the foot .
7 errors a game just dont make for a winning game.
One hitter , 2 hitter and 5 hitter and they lose.
Summertown has a great defence no weak spots on the field
If you beat them you have to base hit them..
Most of the time they play error less ball ..
Davidson better not be looking for a cake walk if so they will be surprised.

Hey i have a great idea. Home Run Contest at the MTSCA this year. Evey girl with over 8 home runs compete.. Its about the girls and it would be great to watch.. I dont think that would be hard to do. What do you guys think ?

lol people love to wonder... Anyways goodpasture has been in the top 5 teams in the state the last few years.. This year they are just as good but there are a few more teams just as good.. CA is not one of them as a matter of fact about 80 percent of the teams in TN. would do good just to make a game of it . But i think next year will be a rebuilding year for them. A team like they have had doesnt come along very often. Look at how Lipscomb is doing .

Take the top five teams in the state A through AAA and just right off hand i can think of at least 15 pitchers maybe more that could take these teams to state and win it. Not taking anything from the pitchers that are already there they are also good but they recieved the luck of the draw .

From what i saw summertown couldnt hit Emily Ford. I think they only had two hits so how did they score the run... C.A had several hits when i left . Anyone know what happened.

Thats true look at a few schools maybe single A some where D II. then waited their two years and then well you know the rest... Anyways also look at riverdale . Ever girl is a travel ball player. ITs like playing a 18u A ball team when you play teams like that .... Hard for some schools to deal with that .. One game maybe but in a tournament . Other teams run out of gas... I guess you can look at the top five of the last few tournaments and see who they are. That will tell the story.

The Maryville Magic 18u Gold summer team needs a GOLD quality pitcher and two catchers for next summer season.

hmmm what iam saying is why get on here and talk about it being a bad thing . People get awards everyday and there are always people that say well i should or they should have or my people should have when the fact is maybe they should have but they didnt. Lets just be happy for the ones that did . And really i have no one in this so my thoughts are i just hate to see all the talk about should haves and lets just be happy for the ones that did. Nasty no way seems to me some of the others where a lot closer to that than mine . Just my thoughts should be everyones lol. just kidding on the last part
