What they are saying is that there is NOTHING in the paper about baseball anymore. I remember last year they covered almost every district game between the Murfreesboro teams at least and many more games. Look in this years paper, not the website, and all you see is what people called in. I think I remember 2 maybe 3 actual articles on games which is pitiful.
People PAY for the PAPER not the website. This stuff should be put in the paper, no excuses. Doesnt matter what the attendence is. They covered tennis pretty well starting around district tournament time. Tell me, how many people yall had at yalls games? I dont think attendence has any factor into this matter.

However, you do realize that Oakland only lost one sr last yr? They have the same group of fellows that have gotten a LOT of starting time.That has to be to their advantage. No matter what or how......Oakland is ranked #4 in the nation, and I don't think any other Boro team in ANY sport has ranked higher than that. SO......they are to be applauded. Would be nice to see a mention in the DNJ.
Yeah the paper is PITIFUL this year. This is the worst I can ever remember it being. How can you have a team ranked number 4 in the nation and their own local paper doesnt even mention it. This is horrible.

Siegel lost 8 guys. 7 seniors and a 2 year starting shortstop. A case can be made for Reavis to get coach of the year. Not saying he will or should but a very solid case can be made for him.

heres my last arguement about jimmy ...
all you know is what happens on the court that you can see ... none of you know what he says in the huddles during timeouts or at halftime or in practice for that matter. you all know about 1/5 of the story of jimmy oden, so until you know more about him and his game ... shhhh
and mine before i get off...is that even though i dont see everything else he does i do see his attitude and thats what is in question here...

i know didnt say you were a fair weather fan...just saying i wouldnt want people just to show up because everyone else was there...yea that riverdale loss was a tough one, 2 years in a row now..
