What was the call on that PK? I didn't see anything. It seemed like that sideline ref bashed ND the whole game. Very Controversial. Does ND move on or are they out?
didnt hear about any bashing but, my friends in the stand saw nothing either[on the PK call]. . . who knows?

they beat East Ridge 2-1. didnt see the match but i believe they rested some of their starters. . . have no proof of it tho. & CCS beat Hixson 2-0.
-
CCS is up 1-0 at the start of the 2nd half. . . i'm not there so - no actual game /goal info.
**update**
Chris Redo just scored from a free kick w/ 35mins left in game. ND 1 CCS 1

Any predictions for this match tonight?
it's at 7pm. on Notre Dames feild.
i say, a one goal win for ND. either 2-1. or 1-0.

hackysack has helped me with my eye foot coordination alot over the years.[been hackin' for about 6]
however, sometimes i feel like it throws off my touch on a soccer ball.

no details yet.
but Soddy won 3-2

# 1 . & same ? back at'cha.
yes, hopefully something similiar to last years OT game would be nice.
-
yeah, kudos to CCS for coming out and taking it to Hixson.
seemed like every CCS shot found the net.
we should meet again in district tournements. . . and i'm looking forward to the rematch.

Hixson High School has a forward w/ 15 in 7[maybe 8 games]

Only two players this year have played varsity for 4 years at CCS
2 or 5 either way I still look forward to every match we have vs. you guys.
(when does CCS play ND?)

i think CCS is gonna be underrated believe it or not. evryone probly believes that they got so far by mistake and perhaps luck but i wouldnt be shocked if they went far again this year. they have some skilled players on the field and they play to win.
I agree, CCS always seems to go thru the regular season quietly then make a surge in the district/regions. I wonder how much of that was the coach tho?(not slighting their new coach at all) just posing the question.

Soddy lost to ND last night 2-1.
The first half was delayed because of lightening. (SD was winning 1-0) at this point.
I left shortly after the rain delay began but, a friend called to inform me that ND came back and scored two goals to win.
He also said something about the end of the game being called early as well.
Any other info?

my team got lucky enough last year to have a brazilian transfer to our school his senior year...to bad he had never played a game of soccer in his life :-/

i ran into the a very similiar problem at Hixson High School last year when our coach moved to RB(and is not CC at Bryan or Covanent, i forget which) but, our school was left without a CC and because of budget cuts the principal told me that i could run as an individual (and not qualify for district/state) but the school could not even get a volunteer coach. We have a new principal this year so i will try again this year but, i doubt we will have a team.

just be thankful you have a coach
-
CCS will have a new coach next year
-
not only is CCS losing 9 seniors...they are losing their coach will probably have the same effect as losing those seniors....
-
does that end soddy's season?
-
I believe Grace is the better team but, CCS will come out with heart and pride. They want to win it all for their coach and, i wouldnt be suprised to see CCS pull a 1-0 upset.
-
CCS beat Boyd tonight by the score of 1-0...but i dont have any more info other than that...
-
Soddy played nice 1 and 2 touch passes all night long and out hustled Red Bank for most of the match...altho RB had a few good chances to score at the begining of the second half...
-
I think the CCS coach got shafted...he didnt even know he was being reassigned until december...What seems sketchy about the reassignment is that the CCS jv coach(the CCS principal) is now going to be the CCS Varsity coach....
something dosnt seem fair....
but,
good luck to CCS

red bank upset ooltewah last night in a 1-0 match
-
yes, red bank put a goal in the net in the last 5-10 mins of the game
