Yea, they aint as good as last year. No were near the same speed. But still have a couple fast guys. They have a huge line though. If rosemark woulda showed up to the game, they could of won it easy, but didnt and so we got beat. bad.

I know most of you will disagree, but i think MUS is the best team in the state, I believe that MUS would give Riverdale a run for their money and most likely beat them. I also believe this would have been true for last year also.

Lighthouse wont have a team this year, all their games will be counted as forefits and as a region and overall win, this is what the tssaa has said.

This is true, i live in rural west tennessee also. Between arlington, munford, atoka, and covington, etc. its gettin hard to find gas.

i know i said it was bushs fault but now i think bout it, its not totally his fault, he does have some and so does the rest of the polticians, cause they should be accusing those oil compaines of price gouging an there not. I was able to bench 335 before the summer started, and im a junior also, i dont brag about it cept when people ask or im using it as an example. Im not sayin im perfect either i do it sumtimes, but not on here. just trust me its not a good idea.

Hey, im gonna tell you what you did wrong then im gonna get off ur back. It was the way you came on here and said how you dominated a team, and you know they way you put it in ur first couple of posts, made it sound like that you were the best QB to ever play, and that you put no blame on urself. I not sayin you did or didnt, but thats they way it sounded to me. And on these posts, u just dont do it. Someone said somethin about bein politically correct, thats what you gotta do. Dont come here and brag(agian thats what it sounded like), it also sounded like that you were runnin down on zion which isnt good. Agian we played them last year and beat them 50-0, we never bragged, never said anything but good game. and on here i told them they played good and hard. They are good sportsman, they always have been, and im sure they will be. Im just tellin you what you sounded like, and that its not a good idea to post in that way agian or this will continue. Just post more correct, and makin you and your team more humble. then you get respect on here.

Theirs plenty of fuel, ever since Katrina, all their doing now is price gougeing, and as far as i can see its gonna stay that way, and schools will suffer because noones doing nothing about it. Fuel takes months to get in, refined, and distributed. And gas going up 40 cents, 2 days after is the hurricane is insane. But im sure their will be games that get cancelled because schools cant afford the gas it costs. (especially small private schools).

Havent had alot of time to work on the O-Line? What do you do at practice then? Theirs only 27 guys on the team I play for this year, and we practice both deffensive and offensive line every day. 9-10 of those are linemen. You gotta have time were u work on the O-line, im not tryin to be a coach here or tell yalls coach what to do, because he prolly knows more than i do, but still, you gotta have a time were u do line drills.

Look im a linemen and with statements like that, u say it was a lil rough means you prolly got on their tails about not blockin. Thats the first mistake, i dont like it when i get hollared at by other players to do my job(talkin towards the backs). Im fine with other linemen hollarin cause they know what i go through. Same with coaches, they can hollar all they want to cause i really got no choice, plus they know more than i do. But heres the key to a good line, u gotta like the quarterback and tailback or your gonna be sacked alot. I dont know about the other linemen on here, but thats the way i feel. I hate gettin told that i did bad or havin it rough by backs.

How many people here play on both sides of the ball, and what postions do you play on both sides. (If you play special teams too feel free to throw that in their also)

Well it looks like yall lost. Sry that you had to come down to earth, but still you win some and you will lose some it just the way the game goes. And you know i know how you feel, my team even though weve been around forever hasnt had any of a football program for many many years(10+) and we came out a few years back and started winning some, u know what we felt like we were on top of the world. Then we started to lose and u know we came back down to the real lvl and realized we havent played no one of great compition and so agianst hard teams we saw that we werent as good as we thought, but agian thats the way the game goes, congrats on ur first win the week before last. And about going both ways, i know how you feel that way to, we only got 27 on our team this year, and about 5 of them are hurt, and a few more dont know how to play football. Also last year we played zion, beat them 50-0 or sumthing like that, only had 32 players last year. Zion, yall have been good sportsman for as long as i can remeber, so i hope yall do good for the rest of the year.
