I have a daughter wanting to play travel softball. She is 17 years.old. Last year as a sophomore she was all-district and all-district MVP honorable mention. She has a great glove in the outfield also can play shortstop. She very fast, and she is a great hitter. She is a slapper and regular hitter. She is looking to play at the next level and travel would be a great opportunity for her. She is a team player and fun to be around. If anyone can help out just reply back

You are right it was not that big of a violation because there are 2 schools in Franklin County. Huntland and FCHS and from my understanding the only girls on the bus were the 2middle schools girls which are zoned to FCHS.
Rules are rules , when you are talking about everybody else breaking the rules, need to check you self first . (TOMMY BOY)

He is always running his mouth about other schools , that what he get's. able he will shut up now . but you know he can't .

I have been to several tournaments and games this year and watched several umpires make it harder for teams like Riverdale, Beech, Goodpasture and a few other usually dominant teams. It seems the strike zone for these schools are smaller they have to pitch it right down the middle for a strike, forget about working corners, and when they are up to bat the strike zone expands. It is very biased. This is why you see the pitchers who should be dominating giving up hits to batters that should still be in rec league ball. Anyone can hit a ball down the middle. Its only hurting the teams who are getting the calls because when it gets closer to tournament time these biased umpires change the way of thinking. These teams still win because of thier dedication to excellence and will to win. You only make it more difficult for the teams who need to learn to hit against a good pitcher in the long run.
The problem I have with umpires they think they are god , they need to let the coaches and players play the game , and quit trying to be center of attention .if a coach ask a question and the umpire don't know the right answer they get mad and want to throw the coach out of the game .

I sure hope you are right. I just hope we come out ready to play, but if redemption for last week's game isn't enough to motivate you to get fired up, then I don't know what it would take!!!!

i hope you go watch FC play this week, b/c Fc is tired of people not havin faith in what they do, and are ready to show the fans they can play with any team in the state...there working hard in prac this week to do this....and the tooth was a great coach but had been there for many years and everyone new the offense...dont forget the team had to learn a new offense..brittin is one of the best coaches that has ever coached me and i think he will produce a great program.
FIRST OF ALL WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PLAY WITH ANYBODY IN THE STATE. AND ARE WE DOING 4 OF DAYS THIS WEEK BECAUSE 3 OF DAYS DID NOT WORK LAST WEEK. HOW MANY COACHES HAVE YOU PLAY FOR , AND ARE YOU JUST SUCKING UP TO THE COACH SO YOU CAN GET SOME PLAYING TIME .COACHES DON'T MAKE THE TEAM PLAYERS DO .AND WE ARE A LITTLE SHORT ON PLAYERS THIS YEAR.

And your point is? You have to admit Siegel is NOT the same team without him. That was obvious last Friday night. The team I watched Friday night was NOT the same team that played R'dale. Was as different as night and day.
What I was getting at is that Oakland CANNOT take that scrimmage as a bench mark for their game this week because Siegel beat FC in a scrimmage.
Also FC was still learning their totally new offense then also.
FC is NOW running the entire R'dale play book. They just need the athletes to go with it to be successful.
It's is the same slow offense, it just has a different name, the blocking is the same.

I know its not the match of the week by any means, but whats some comments and predicitons for the game.
I personally have heard cumberland co. isnt close to what they were last year and it may be a close game.Also I think FC defense will do well, as they really held t-town in check until, IMO, the offense just kept letting them down.After holding a good offense for most of the first half wiht only 3 points, yet their offense had about 3 net yards, has to be diappointing..but is a whole new week, and I see a 17-14 FC win, the running game re-established, and Coach Brittion gets his first W
and because i see them every day, the team really looks focused and rallies behind our new coach...and I think that first win would go a long way to boosting confidence for this team

I say T-Town 31 wins to 14 only because the 2nd string will likley get a chance to play beginning from late in the 3rd quarter and on to the end.
What happened to the FC program this year? I heard they lost alot of their players that were projected to play. True?
I wish them luck in their season.

FC is going to miss Leslie this year - he was definetely a quality back. Tullahoma should bring a potent offense and relentless D. It should be interesting to see how FC has responded to their new coach and his new schemes. Big rivalry + season opener = big time entertainment. This one should'nt be missed. This will be a good contest but Tullahoma will be too much for the Rebels.

Good luck with that. I heard Franklin co high school has 2 new coaches too. one is another school teacher from the past lord help them, and the other one is a old play form grundy. the head coach does not know s**t about the game so. I hope for them, that the girl from grundy knows the game, and they let her coach.
