2014 9-AAA Prediction

2 - Gallatin HS
3 - Beech HS
4 - Ken Brown HS
5 - Mount Juliet HS
6 - Wilson Central HS
7 - Lebanon HS
8 - Portland HS

Gallatin or Clarksville NE will host the Semifinal Round.
-
Exactly. Should be downhill from here. With the bulk of their starting OL graduating, it won't matter who the backs are. They were a one man show this season and that once in century type of talent cannot be replaced.
-
This year was SC's only chance at doing something in the playoffs. It will be downhill from here for them starting with next season. Congrats to the Commandos.
-
3 of the 31 8th graders who played for Rucker are going to SC.

Great information GWAVE1. Glencliff's Nose Guard is 6"3" 292lbs going against our 5"7" 160lb center. Line play will be interesting to see.
My money is on our 5'7" 160 lb center.

wait this is the same wave team that got how many suspended for a pre season fight - Crawfords boys are first class compared to your thugs..
wave equals one and done per the norm
Sour grapes.

The Smith County option is out and Springfield may be in for the Gallatin schedule.
-
There is a strong possibility that the Non-Region games will be against JP2, Trousdale County, and Smith County in 2011.

Gallatin 24 - Beech 14

Inbred.

Henry co 42
gallatin 14
I am a HUGE HC fan, but that score is RIDICULOUS!
Once Henry co gets up, gallatin will lay down.
Kind of like Hendersonville did in the playoffs. Stay the crap off of these message boards until next season you pesky low-life piece of trailor park trash. Your input no longer applies to anything else that is said on these boards. Your team is out of it.

Gallatin 20 - Clarksville NW 14

"How many horse shoes did they use tonight! "
Classless.

Tandem, these were your words.
"Marked, I tried to think back after the game, and the only penalty I could come up with on Gallatin was the play after the phantom fumble when Gallatin lined up offsides. I think it cost them a yard. That was the only one I could remember. That was a phantom personal foul call after a nice run that cost Beech the yardage plus the down. Also a phantom block in the back on a punt return."
You did use the word phantom three times. Apparently everything that was positive for Gallatin and a negative for Beech last night was a phantom this and a phantom that. If you don't want to get attacked on here, don't make tons of excuses why a team won and another team lost. Like a Gallatin poster said, a lot of the calls were completely legit, especially the goalline fumble, the wing being in motion on the long run for Beech, and the clip in the back on the punt return.
-
It seems typical that some of you guys would get on here and point out all of the excuses/reasons why Beech lost the football game. The ball did start to come out before the Beech RB crossed the goalline. The kid lost it trying to fight his way in. It was not some sort of phantom fumble call. Beech had their chance in this game. Gallatin turned the ball over 4 times themselves.
The unsportsmanlike penalty that was called to start the 2nd half was because Beech did not come out on the field and warm up before the 2nd half. There is some rule about having to be out on the field at least a few minutes before the 2nd half begins.
-
Thunderlips, tradition at Gallatin also consists of having a winning record almost every season and qualifying for the postseason quite often. Beech can't and never will be able to say that.
-
Gallatin 24 - Beech 13

That is really tough to hear. I know Coach Barron fought this cancer as long as he could. He will truly be missed in the Gallatin community. He is in a better place now.
-
My father graduated from Gallatin in 1975 and they played against Portland during the 1974 season, so I know it at least goes back that far when Gallatin played against Portland.
-
Gallatin 41 - Portland 7

Wave88, I offer my apologies for misunderstanding your post.

How about renaming it to LBHS (Long Brown High School) then. Sounds better.
