I wouldnt know.. So do you have some kind of crush on Holly or something? bc it seems like you put her name in almost every post... kinda sketchy if ya ask me
-
uhhhh McMinn stinks
-
alright .. well cool... Paige doesnt just play outside.. she can play anywhere and be affective... Holly on the other hand cant.
-
See, Paige is good but I just dont see how you disagree with Holly being one of the best. Especially based on foot skills. She has excellent footskills, and one heck of a shot. To be honest the only part of the game where she might be found lacking is pace. And she has enough of that to get by. Her skills do wane in some matches, but that happens to any player, when they get tired from never getting time off the pitch all season...
Paige's skill's never "wane", plus she plays all game. Plus, Baylor also has a preseason where paige never stops working. I'm not saying Holly is bad, im just saying Paige is better. I've played with Holly and paige. i definetly know paige is better

So who does everyone think will win in the GPS v. Baylor game??
-
Paige Lanter, Caitlyn Cook, Nicki Brannon, Jamie Cooper,
-
Holly Hullender of the Ooltewah Owls. She is a natural forward, and can score goals, but has excellent skills, is hard in the tackle, and posseses excellent passing ability. Her strength on the ball is the main reason she is in midfield for the Owls. She has played, and started, at just about every position on the pitch for the Owls in her 4 year career. She definitely deserves to be mentioned as one of the top players in the state.
I disagree. Although holly is a good player, she should not be mentioned as one the best in the state. She is strong, but doesn't have good enough foot skills. One of the best mid-feilders in my opinion is Paige Lanter. She has excellent foot skills, is very fast, and can shoot long range shots.

I think that's the point. Results are going to be different depending on the conditions, the team's mood, etc. I have no doubt that Baylor is very good, and I wasn't trying to imply that they're not. I'm pointing out that a Baylor 5-0 victory over Collierville when St. Agnes tied them is no more revelaing than the ECS results.
If you REALLY want to see craziness in results, look at the AAA top 11 and their individual schedules. I see no evidence of ANYONE dominating.
who the heck is St. Agnes anyway?

Monica Hertle from Baylor is very strong, and from the defense has scored numerous goals for her team.

Sure Pesce a good player, but can you expect her to win state for them?
-
Carly Morrows has enough cockiness for the entire team Im sure. But w/out Cook and Youell, how do you expect GPS to win any game?
-
so are you a stoner or what?
-
Baylor has a very good chance at winning state this year. GPS doesnt
-
Paige Lanter from Baylor is at the top of the list.
-
Baylor's defense has been looking pretty good lately.
