Todd Skelton holds the 10-mile record and he blows in the 3-mile. He's in the 18's. oh and i ran a 10-mile at 1:15:06, but i can post a 16:12 in the 3-mile. Write back when you get the balls to talk about your 3-mile times!!

Good Job Central! I told you not to get cocky. You got killed. You'll have to better than that to beat Elizabethton. I don't think you can stop them. I'm not sure you should be so cocky Central. Elizabethton had a guy with a 15:54 Saturday. Their 3rd fastest guy didn't run @ bays mountain either so i'd chill out if i were you. they also had their second guy finish at 16:12 saturday. You're not as good as you think you are. Nobody is gonna hand you the state title.
