  1. I think that Williams and Guy at Westview are the best combination. Guy probably has more talent than anyone in West Tennessee. It he was around 5-11, he could probably pick any D-1 school he wanted to go to. Although he is small, Guy is a tough runner who can cut better than anyone I've seen in a long time. Williams is a tough runner. Weathers and Donald are up there too. Weathers is quick and evasive. Donald is just bigger than most of the lineman and stronger than most of the linebackers. All four are probably the top backs in West Tennessee.

  2. I cant believe that boo weathers got picked over markei. I guess they are just bias bc huntinton won the state championship this year. Markei is a better player, has better stats and he is more durable. Boo weathers isnt even the best back on his team, much less the state. Markei got cheated.

  3. I think when Donald finishes at Humboldt his #'s will surpass Walker's and Guy's. I think Guy is div. 2 college prospect, Walker and Donald's size will probaly hurt them at the college level.

Donald is probably one of the only running backs around here that have a great chance a going to a D1 school. I don's know if his numbers will surpass Guy's but Guy probably isn't big enough to go to any Big D1 schools and Donald is close to prototye size for running backs in college. He just may need to gain a little weight. Donald is a great player though along with Guy and Walker.

  4. Where was Markei Guy last year? Or his freshmen year? Nobody can say hes better overall than Daylan Walker. Daylan Walker has started every game, including his freshmen year with the varsity. He has unbelievable all purpose yards. Hes a two time all stater, bound for a 3rd one.

Markei was a freshman when Rafeal Hill was Westviews running back. That is why he didnt get mentioned that year. The next year he didnt have a line to block for him. The sad thing is that Daylan has had three years practicing and playing with varsity and isn't as good as Guy.

  5. its all part of the game...if u cant run with the dawgs stay on the porch.

U said that he wasn't hurt that game. Im not sayin that it aint part of the game, im just sayin there is a reason why he didnt run for a hundred against milan. Milan is a good team but when Markei is healthy, there isnt a 2A team that can hold him under a hundred yards if he gets the touches.

  6. week 2 milan held him under 100 yds.

He may have been held under a hundred yards that game but he rushed for 300 yards and 6 tds against Huntington. Markei was hurt against milan and he showed what he can really do against teams when he is healthy. This season he has rushed for 1901 yds, 29 tds, and averages 19.9 points per game.

  7. Guy was not hurt when they played Milan in week 2. we got hurt at almost the end of the game but that was only cramps. he finished the game & he didnt get 100yds. this will be a hard fought game & i pick milan in a game down to the wire.

Guy was hurt that game. In fact he was jurt from the Crockett County game the week before. He jsut played through. he did get cramps towards the end of the milan game but that was in addition to his previous injury.

  8. Josh Williams for Westview is one of the better linebackers that i have seen in a long time. he is 6'2" and about 210 lbs. He is one of the hardest hitters in west tennessee. He is almost as fast as westviews starting running back, markie guy, so u know that he isn't the slowest linebacker.

  9. Markei Guy, from Westview, is one of the best if not the best running back in all of tennessee. How can yall leave him out? He has had 1901 yds rushing and 29 tds. he is averaging 19.9 points per game. one of his best games was against huntington (300yds rushing and 6 tds).

  10. Westview is the most improved team in the state of tennessee by far. They went from 1-9 to 9-2. They have won 9 straight and are one if not the hottest teams in the state right now. They have had big wins this year and are on a roll. i thought they would have a .500 season, but they surprised me along with probably everyone else that has seen them play.
