Your crazy you don't know anything the reason they won is bc of their talent thats it. There coach hasn't done nething 4 them. Ask someone who has coached them for almost half the pracfices when davis decided not to show up. Ill tell you it was one of the players. Also after the win at Jo Byrns he did'nt even feel the need to go into the locker and talk to his girls, nope he didn't even tell kasey that he was leaving he just up and left the girls wut the heck do you call that. Why don't you ask of the players wut a normal day of practice consists of bc you've obviously never witnessed wut goes on it's a joke. YOUR CRAZY "coach" davis hasn't done squat for those girls he's a no good. Ever since he came to WHH he has put the all the programs in turmoil. No school ever should have to deal with a "coach" davis.the locker room was built the same time as the boys so it is very obivous that you don't know what you are talking about you think you know .You njust here what some one has told you.You don't know as much as u think get the facts before you have something to say.

Just saw that Robertson County schools are closed tomorrow because of illnesses. Will teams be able to play tomorrow and/or Saturday? Houston County is scheduled to play at East tomorrow and McEwen has a make-up scheduled with them on Saturday. These are both big district games. To my knowledge I'm almost 100% sure it's up to the home team in the situation of a school being closed on a game day it's then up to that school to decide if they should play or not. And in this particular situation i would say they'll play tomm because the regular season ends at the end of next week so my guess is the games still gonna be played.

Taylor Jarrel is problly the best pg in yall's district. He is very quick and see's the floor well. He is a top pg in all of single a bball. I would like to say great job to the patriot's this year! I think we are saying the same thing about Barnes. I said he and Upton are 2 totally different players. Upton is more of a 1 and Barnes a 2. Also, I did say that Barnes was good.

 

I don't think even Andre will say he is the definitive source of all knowledge when it comes to basketball and player rankings. I just happen to disagree with him on this one and really do think he will move Upton up and Barnes may or may not. Based on the fact that Barnes is a 2, I am surprised he doesn't score more. What does he average per game? I think he needs to put up some bigger numbers to get Andre's attention again. Just because he thought he was 1 spot higher than Upton at a playday, doesn't mean he will think so when Antioch ends up winning 30 games this year and Upton is starting to get more and more attention.

heck no he hasn't he's one of those bench warmers who gets on here and runs his mouth and cant back it up. Here is my Single A top ten.

 

1. Lake County- Early favorite to win gold ball with loads of returning talent

2. Temple- Returning everyone from a good team last year. Should play for a state title.

3. Union City- State champs deserve top 3 ranking

4. Culleoka- lead by future Mr. Basketball award winner in Williams

5. Grace- the state runner-ups will start two players over 6'8. McMasters will lead a young team.

6. Humboldt- still should be very athletic

7. Middleton- 05 champs should put together a fine season against stiff competition

8. Cosby- should return to the buro

9. Halls- do not know alot about this team other than what i have recently read

10. CSAS- if they can slip past Grace or Temple in regions they will be at the boro.

 

This is a top ten which is the top teams in the state. Not all of these teams will be in the boro mainly due to the district from heck ,(14a), which has 4 top 10 teams. Teams like Hampton and Cloudland may appear in the boro only to get an early and abrupt exit from a west tennessee or chattanooga team.

Forrest has won the regular season championship the last 3 years... i didnt know that one game meant someone was better... so your point is stupid.. winning the reg season champ is better bc it shows more consistancy! come on guys! and your right, since i say corey is not good then i guess he is not... im not sure but i think this is not corey posting on here so your point is stupid... u did the same thing by saying the other two guys are better... but they are not.. i can promise you that! but i guess he will have to prove it again this year!

Basketball is a tournament sport, no one looks at who was winner of the regular season they look at the Champions at the end of the season.

can you tell me who won the single a state title i can union city

union city had better guards than grace and beat them by 15 or 16 and should have been worse. The tallest player on union city team was 6'2 and their center was only 6'1 and was guarding Carter and doin a good job on him. if your guard cant get the ball down the court then your centers have a hard time scoring. And since you want to insult me by sayin i have no idea what i'm taking about see all the guards that grace lost off it starting 5 and i will tell you that will impact them more than if carter left ,just for the reason of ball pressure and shooting that what guard control during the game. if your guard cant get the ball up the floor then post men are worthless.

Amen. Perfectly said, you can't score in the post without a guard who can feed em' the ball.

I don't see Grace doing that much this year. I saw them play over the summer at UTC and they are really lacking an outside game. Mcasters down low is all they really have, their guard play is down alot from last year. When their faced with a team with great quickness and some sharp shooters I don't think they'll stand a chance b/c everyone knows about the big kid and their going to key on him and make the unexperienced guards beat them.

That's no problem margotfos, I figured he wasn't an East Robertson fan. Maybe you can answer a question for me, why do Heritage fans try and but into threads that don't even concern their teams? It's no wonder they're disliked.

You take compliments from other people and turn them into insults? I honestly don't see how you can say that. When they called off what would've been the tying shot at the NCS vs. East Robertson game, Voldad had nothing but praises for East Robertson and their players. I'll agee that NCS has their share of bad sports in the stands and occasionally on the floor, but the only one being that right now is you.

I agree with you reddevil East Literature was playing great ball and did last night as well. I went on record here saying i thought they would win the district, so surprised here as well. Just goes to show you in high school when teams are playing their best you can never count anyone out. NCS stayed with them last night and hung in there till the end and had a chance to win it. Should be a great game tonight I hope. NCS and East Robertson have had some good ones over the past few years and close ones. ER seems to win most of them though. Just have to wait and see....good luck to both teams. And congrats to East Literatrue for a very good season and for being good sportsman and competitors this season. Good group of kids and coaches.

Yeah you can talk about good sportsmanship when your team is the one who won huh. East Robertson will win the championship over NCS they have to many athletes, then you'll be the one on here making excuses to why you lost and finding something to blame it on. You talk all good when your on top but when your in the gutter you got no class. Your son goes to a private school so why don't you practice what you preach.

You dont even have the top team in the district listed on there Heritage is 18-4 in a much tougher district. The winner of this region will come outta region 5.

Mcewen is going to be in for a rude awakening when they show up at Heritage tonight and we'll let the game do the talkin.

I THINK that East Robertson is ahead with East Lit. and White house heritage right on their heels and Jo Byrns is running 4th.

 

It would help some if these schools made sure there scores were posted as it's often hard to tell when there is nothing on here or in the tennessean about the games.

Actually right now it's a three way tie for 1st place in the district with Heritage, East Lit. , and East Robertson. All having just one district loss. East Robetson beat East Lit. Heritage beat East Robertson, and Heritage lost to Jo Byrns.

The winner of this region will come from district 10A. With three very talented teams East Robertson with their height across the board can cause huge matchup problems. East Lit kills you with their speed and althletic ability to get the ball to the rack. And Heritage with their suffocating defense and shooting abilites if one of their shooters is on there hard to stop. Should be a good tournament.

East by 20. Too many athletes. They're the best Class A team I've seen in a long time.
