Well Finalsay, Brother of Big Ty said that like most he would back everyone including Gray. So I am going to have to disagree. I will have to back anyone that comes, but Gray is my pick beacuse he is a great coach. There is nothing about him that would make him a bad canidate for the job and in my opinion the right man for the job.
What do you have with Gray that is so wrong?

I was just saying that Gaddis will not get the job, whether he applied or not. Too much baggage from previous tenure. My post was not really about giving Chuck a break, just pointing out that he had alot on his plate at the present time. He probably doesn't deserve a break any more that anyone else. Didn't really say I didn't believe what you said. I just know that Gaddis will not get the job. And I do know that the Oak Ridge administration did not call Rankin. Some booster may have but not anyone involved with the selection. I don't really care whether you care if I believe you or not. Also, do not care who they hire. Just know it will not be Gaddis.
Very true post. Gaddis was a very good coach, but he I think he is gone from Oak Ridge for good. He is all set up where he is now. That is why I don't think Gaddis will be back. and I know Rankin was not contacted by the admis because that is not the way they do it.

Ron Gray does deserve the job. He is the man for the job. Those delay of game penalties were after all dem touchdowns. The man had almost 600 points last year. Almost 500 the year before. He does have what it takes to be coach if you think so or not. Ron Gray can take this '05 team to the Boro, but only if he is given the chance he deserves.

if you know so much more then who do u beilieve should be coach. and no he hasnt pressure ppl to send stuff the ad or anyone else. you sit up there and citize every thing a coach does. ive played for this man and he is a great coach he has the smarts X and o wise shown in way he runs a very complex offensive package, also a great moviator and somone who can prepare and moviate you for a game. dont remeber to many penalties flags last yr. Coach Gray is a great guy and coach and he has worked harder and cares more it then anyone else y ou will fine. lets up all this gets over with and we can get to spring practice.

The way I seeonly one selection makes sense, that is Offensive Coordinator Ron Gray. He has proven himself as a great coach for more than 10 years at Oak Ridge. He has great bonds with his players. Also he knows Oak Ridge Football. Of all that are out there he is my pick. He will make a very easy transion because he is already there and everyone already knows him. But for now it is all a guessing game until the offical word is out.

how do you people get him insulting riverdales heart from his statement that implies oak ridge has a lot never once does it come out river is heartless team. and riverdale has a soft shedule and look at this miller is get all the attention amazing how he is the second most yards in this game and gulmire has more yards playin with the big boys get repspect were it belong to mr gulmire yall will all see in about 26 hours enjoy my friends.
