QUOTE(TTU79 @ Jan 21 2007 - 10:09 PM) 826340531[/snapback]
I agree how did Bolton get three players, also Kacie Horner is a good player but she scored only 8 goals this season and was hurt most of the time she was not the best player at franklin Lucy Brient scored 18 goals against great competition and is not listed on any team except 2nd team all mid-state.
the number of goals a player scores has nothing to do with whether they are good or not; correct Katie Horner was hurt for most of the season, which is the reason she didn't score more goals, however she was a great impact when she was on the field

jackie lafont-bga-bellarmine
paige prescott-siegel-UT martin
-
Melissa Morris has committed to UNC Charlotte not Memphis and I thought Tessa had committed to Memphis not MTSU?
-
Molly and Megan Kinsella-Vanderbilt
Kelly Dyer-Texas A & M
Marcela Sanchez-Belmont
Jayme Trocino-Belmont
-
Just list who committed and where...

The TSSAA is proposing that no more than 5 players from the same school can play on the same club team in the off season. If there are more than 5, then those players are ineligible for Highschool soccer.
this is not only ridiculous but its entirely impossible!! there is no way they can automatically make some players ineligible due to the fact that they play club soccer with certain people.

So even though Siegel was in the state semi-finals, and tied with Collierville for 70 minutes they got ran over on the big stage? interesting thought...or stupid.
Siegel had chances to go up in that game just like Collierville did for the first 70 minutes. Read article in DNJ and you will see why Collierville scored on that first goal. Siegel coach took blame for it. After that score with 10 minutes left Siegel wilted and couldn't muster anything last 10 minutes.
it doesnt matter who had the most opportunities or shots on goal or which team played the best...face it-all the matters in the end is the score and colllierville (in that respect) killed siegel
-
well first off siegel has lost no seniors so there is should only be improvement in the defensive area and it's S-I-E-G-E-L my friends. No A in siegel and bruinssoccer who do u think is gonna have a shot at the title Brentwood?Because if I remember correctly they got beat 3-0 by Collierville.Let the the 2006 season be the judge of who's the better team.
hmm i do believe that SIEGEL got beat 3-0 to collierville as well...and they did lose seniors like Paige Prescott and Abbey Roark

it is already up on eurosport here is the link it is a big link sorry

jp2 lost all their big guns last year they won't do much they lost 4 starting midfielders i know jamie trocino also plays midfielder anna fisher will be the best player in the state next season so she is good for at least 40 goal
but the good thing about next season is that we get extra week of practice
anna fisher is a senior this year so she wont be there next season

on their first trip to state...bearden takes home the crown...CONGRATS!!
-
C A K did not go undefeated. They tied Sweetwater 2-2. Last time I checked thats not a win. Notre Dame did go undefeated. GO ND!!!!!!
undefeated means no losses....so ties still count as being undefeated
-
Which AAA team will capture the state championship?
any predictions?
-
i think Katie Horner is supposed to be Kacie Horner and i believe she's committed to University of Central Florida.
-
By stronger I mean Franklin will be more ready to play than they were in the first game against Brentwood. I hope Franklin pulls the upset against Brentwood and sends them home
-
I believe this game will be a lot more intense than their first regular season meeting. Franklin will definitely come out stronger and they will have their starting goal keeper who missed the first game due to an illness; I also heard that one of Brentwood's strong forwards got hurt. Is there any truth to that?
-
the rankings are based on how far a team made it in the state tournament...not how good they are (compared to other teams) because if that were the case franklin should be ranked higher than siegel and tullahoma because they beat them both
-
where did you get this information?
-
houston, collierville, franklin, tullahoma and oak ridge all lose alot of good players centennial and bearden get their top scorers back but lose role players brentwood, siegal , shelbyville and science hill bring everyone back
shelbyville/siegal/mcminn co vs hendersonville/centennial/brentwood
collierville/houston vs science hill/oak ridge/bearden

centennial loses just as many seniors as franklin is plus franklin is getting some talent in the upcoming freshman class unlike centennial....we'll see whos better next year
-
Taryn Holland Franklin-Miss STate
Sarah Defatta Franklin-Southern Miss
Lexi Heilman Franklin-UAH
Morgan Thomas Centennial-Western Kentucky
Jenna Achten Centennial-Lee Univ.

anna fisher missed a PK in the game...a great opportunity to tie it up
-
here are my predictions for ther first day
Brentwood wins
Tullahoma wins
Oak Ridge wins
Siegel wins
i think youre way off because theres no way brentwood (dont get me wrong...theyre a great team) will beat a powerful collierville team and i dont think siegel has a chance with houston
-
yeah hopefully my ride will want to stay for this game
its going to be a hard game and i think whoever wants it more and out works the other team will win this game..and i dont think siegel will beat houston
-
Baylor and Father Ryan play each other in the first round...so that will knock off one of your front runners
i think father ryan is definitely the more talented team between the two and i wish them the best of luck! Go alyssa!

Kathy Kroeger from IHS will definitely have a great chance of winning state with her time of 17:54

well seigelplayer or should i say brittany winn....i dont even think you made all state ....and Kacie has never used racial or vulgar words on the field at all....you might wanna recheck your story...and the Pk she missed wouldve tied the PKs and sent it into sudden death PKs...
