  7. The Beaver Bash will be moved from "The Zone", back to Karns High School. Everything else is the same. We will still be having the mass hydration test, hospitality room, satellite weigh-ins and middle school. The only change is the move to the high school. We have a lot more room for seating, parking and concessions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

  8. So is there anyone from Knoxville on here or is this just basically all Chattanooga? After three pages of responses I haven't heard anything about Region 2 except that it basically isn't very good and its coaches are bad. Anyone from Knoxville want to discuss some individual wrestlers or teams that look good for the year?

Karns looks good from the inside. Very young only a few seniors and nine 1st year wrestlers that are freshman or soph.

  9. 8:00 Weigh-ins, 9:30 Wrestling

Teams: Greeneville, Jefferson County, Cocke County, McMinn Central, Hancock Co., Volunteer, Morristown East, and Sevier County.

Holston VA dropped out so I still need one.

Is this at the high school?

  10. Locklear did decision Haynes at Catholic by several points. It was at 135 though as caleb won the tourney at 130. I believe Haynes is dropping to 30 but so is Robert. Robert will have to wrestle a great match next time against Haynes as he won't be a surprise.

I DONT THINK ROBERT SHOULD BE A SURPRISE TO ANYONE. IT MIGHT BE HIS FIRST YEAR OF VARSITY COMP. BUT HE HAS BEEN AROUND FOR A WHILE. HE HAS REALLY PAID HIS DUES GOOD LUCK TO HIM THIS SEASON.

  11. well guys it seems once again I call on the region1 family for help. As most of you know (or those of you who care) I have been unable to leave this sport I love.I plan to wrestle once again in college next year and really dont want to go in flat footed. Ive been lifting and running but im afraid if i dont get mat time this summer it will all be for nod. If any teams have a room that allows non high school wrestlers in it can you post. Ill be willing to travel anywhere and pay fees. Also I would like to volunteer reffering middle school or even freestyle tournaments if that would help any teams out,Just post.
