Is this not the people's board. As long as they are not doing anything that is wrong why should you be worried about what anybody is saying. This is supposed to be fun as well a way to support your local teams. If you dont like what is being said, then just dont read. Marion will be the team until someone proves they can beat them. Three straight district championships, two region championships and two fling appearences in the last three years. Also won over a hundred games. I do think that the district will be more competitive this year. One last thing, Marion will move down next year which should help them even more.

This absolutely groundless accusation has been de-bunked soooooo many times it is not even funny. Anyone who wants to know the TRUTH about how Matt ended up at Boyd can e-mail me. I was personally involved with his acceptance into the school and I will not publicly trash the people responsible for his exit of the Marion system. To sling his name around with this kind of crap is unfair to him, his family who sacrificed to send him there and BBS.

What has Boyd done in 2A? Went to the quarter finals 3 years ago (their first in 2A) and led that game until half. Won the region twice and did so with only 280 or so students to pick out a team from.

If the 1A stats don't impress ya'll then I've got two words for you- South Pittsburg. Seems you've a problem with that particular neighbor for a while.

I think both teams are the best in the Chattanooga area. No doubt that we play in the toughest region in the area also. I want to say good luck to both teams friday and I hope both teams come out injury free. My prediction is that if MC can run the ball against boyds HUGE line then MC will win because of all the speed at tailback and wide receiver.
