Baller like anyone who? We played Cookeville at Cookeville and Mcminn at Mcminn. We also played Bradley at Bradley and Heritage at Heritage.
Unless i was drunk (you do not do while driving) i was in chatt town when McMinn played the Owls.

No, that's not what I'm saying at all. If you'll go back and read my post, I didn't draw that conclusion at all.
What I said was that the Owl RB telegraphed (IMHO) whether he was part of the play or not based on how he went up to his set position. When he trotted up to his position fast out of the huddle, it tended to indicate that he was going to get the ball. If he went up to his position in a slower manner, in all but one instance that I noticed in the 3rd and 4th quarters, he wasn't involved. There was one time that he slowly went to his position and then received the football. In other words, he telegraphed whether he was getting the ball on the play.
How far from the huddle is his position its not like a linemans spot?

Dont count your chickens before they hatch Oak Ridge could win two more games and mess up even more than it is now. The home team of the top five teams have always won. The Owls haven't played anybody away from the house. Oak Ridge is the only top five team in the region they play away from Chatt. Farragut played McMinn,WB and will play Oak Ridge at home. McMinn played only Oak Ridge at home and traveling to WB this week. WB traveled to the Owls and the ADS place where they struggled to finish. McMinn and OakRidge has and will have the hrdest road to the playoffs. The home teams in this Region have swept to this point. I wouldn't expect any change in the future of this playoff race.

Alright how many teams are tide for third place after friday night?
-
The Owls QB is the key you must contain him or your in trouble. He feels the rush very well.
-
MR Smith and MR Rogan must be awsome because I dont ever here any thing about their front line making holes. Its like they do it on their on.
-
OR just lost it's staring QB to injury for the season. Broken thumb on throwing hand. Time to step up and see who can play!!!!! I've heard the talk, let's see the walk!
When did that happen? At McMinn or in practice?
-
R Tackle #55 Masingale on McMinn is a big lineman and moves well as does #63 Turner at guard he's pretty good size with good quickness. Farraget has several big lineman I can't remember their names. 75 and I believe 65 but I dont have their names help us out ADS.
-
Oak Ridge moves the ball very well through the air. How good is WB at pass protection? Recievers are very quick and elusive.
-
McMinn way to strong and quick. If they hold on to the football they win easily.TRIBE 42 to 3
-
The Owls are there plus the Ads but who else and in what order.
-
Are you talking about lines as units or induviduals??????
either one
-
I,ve seen some good lineman in east Tn. Farragut's OL is huge as is McMinn's line is pretty solid.
-
This region got a little more interesting after tonights action. 5 teams 4 playoff spots. McMinn has the easiest schedule of the 5 playoff contenders left. Huge game with the Govs in a couple of weeks. I would expect the Cherokees to handle Soddy, Heritage, and Bradley without much trouble. The Blount/McMinn winner should be in and the loser is probably out of the hunt.
cooter dont forget Oak they still have to play the Owls the Ads and WB not a easy game there.
-
Was DB that good or was it just a bad game for OAKs executing their game?
-
ask farragut when you see them and rhea also, this kid is getting better every week.I'm not talking about the speed like your QB has. Its the arm man go ask Farragut coaches I'd say the best the've seen all year. the deep ball is great but his throws 10 or 15 yards down the field are bullets.
-
Devone Johnson QB at McMinn co best arm around Ive seen alot since Andy Kelly days and Floss Wilson from Meigs in the early 80s.
-
Wheres the list at to look at Thanks?

Maybe you guys can send us a few guys that know how to hit a hole. It's easy to run what you want when you have great players. Lay off the coaches. They do the best with what they have (remember, they must live in the WB zone to play here.) We don't have a WR from Montvale, a TE from Webb, or a QB from Halls. We have to play with what we get from feeder schools.
Is it just their skills players that come from different places?
-
Pressure is on McMinn being 0 and 2 in the region. This is going to be their first region home game so that will help. I hope there will be a good crowd on the home side of the field. We know Oak will come out in big numbers. Hey! hows Gulmire doing at Austin Peay is he getting any playing time?
-
I have to some what agree with K4utvol a 3-5 is more designed to stop the outside and McMinn was successful between tackles and the outside sometimes.
-
Whata ya think, Oak will see the spread or the off set I or both in this game?
-
Besides the QB of last year who's the RB and how your OL been playing?

Speed too much for bears Owls by 21
Farragut @ Ooltewah
in Class 5A & Class 6A

The Owls will win in a easy fashion at home. Farragut can't run sideline to sideline with the speed of the Owls. If they turn the ball over then the Ads will make them pay. Farragut does a good job of captlizing on other teams mistakes. 24 to 14 Owls
