    All pictures are part of friendly banter, and if my droid had access to my photoshop id join in the fun. I am not offended by your language but it frowned upon on the message board.

     

    Predictions of alcoa winning big is not a knock to betsy or the kids. We just believe in our guys as well, now let's have a good clean game.

    I think you know were im coming from when i talk about pictures youve read the post predictions and stats dont both anybody im an old man and ill never accept the the stupid pictures especially when they are directed toward people and has nothing to do with the game. GO CYCLONES

    Yes they do and if my team loses ill be the first to get on here and congratulate the winning team thats also why i dont get on here and let my mouth write a check my a## cant cash cause im not playing only watching. GO CYCLONES

    I have given betsy props, just don't think they are alcoas caliber. Also, alcoa hasn't had a check bounce against a division opponent since 2004.

     

    And you like vulgarities do you? Sounds big of you.

    I try to watch my mouth and if it offends Im sorry not say you had anything to do will all the stupid pictures im sure they offended more people than my mouth. Ive hear people make me commentS I take it too serious maybe so but most on the seniors on Betsys team are like grandsons to me and i have lived here my whole life and I BELIEVE AN EYE FOR AN EYE AND A TOOTH FOR A TOOTH.     Well it looks like it's about time to put up or shut up. Let's see if y'all can play as well as you can sling the b.s. I wish ALL the kids playing tonight a safe game, a safe trip to our Alcoa guests and most of all a victory for the hardest working team in the state of Tennessee, the ELIZABETHTON CYCLONES! GO BETSY GO!

     

    Our team plays better than we sling, we can assure you of that. The level of confidence you all have makes me wish I could make it tonight. Then again smith county had that confidence along with others from years past.

    Thats why they play the game and its not won or lost by the fans . GO CYCLONES

    OW I hope you didn't kick your dog because you felt picked on yesterday. Please don't "mash anybody's mouth" (i haven't heard that phrase since I was like....6.....from my mom....and she did it.)

    WHAT WILL (has) HAPPEN(ed) TODAY:

    Already had breakfast at mom's (she told me she was going to mash my mouth today.....Ironic.)

    Got meaningless holiday shopping done for motorcycle buddies because their wives wouldn't cut them loose to do it. (you're welcome K12Koop)

    Got cold gear ready for tonight, picked up peacoat from the cleaners.

    WE WILL take over Ridgewood this afternoon....

    We WILL enjoy the National Anthem at E-Town....(no body does it any better)

    We WILL win this game in fairly convincing fashion.

    We WILL take all of Ivan Sanders' AP voting ballots.

    And we WILL keep our reservations that we made back in September in Cookeville.

     

    No Chants or pregame hype will be a factor tonight, business is business and we will handle it. Betsy has a good team, but when it gets to this level, it's about the Jimmys and the Joes, more so than the X's and the O's....We have them, you don't. I firmly believe that with no disrespect. Every other team that we have faced in the semi's the past few years thought the same as you (no exception) but were humbled and complimentary afterward. Here's to a good game and the great Betsy fans.

    "orangeworker" dont worry about "red rebel" or "BCsportsfan". red rebel is only pullin for alcoa because they beat his boys.

     

    clonefan101: I haven't said one negative thing about Elizabethton or Carter Co. I was having a hard time understanding the tree joke! I've got too many relatives in Carter County and too many friends at Alcoa to pull for one over the other. One of my Rebel daughters even spends the night with one of the Alcoa coaching staff's daughter. A close friend has a son playing for the Cyclones. I still think Alcoa will win. If they don't, I'll pull for the 'Clones in Cookeville. Pulling for an injury free game.

    Words dont lie its easy by reading these two post which side your on. GO CYCLONES

    This is even more fun than the Bell County (KY) thread. I never knew a giant wooden spoon could elicit this type of reaction. My dad is originally from rural Elizabethton, and I have tons of cousins and aunts and uncles up there and they don't hate spoons. I even have one cousin who is a Carter County Commissioner, and he seems to like spoons. We use them at the family reunion when I'm there and there is no reaction what so ever. Glad you didn't put up a giant fork picture. I bet that comes up after the game... Must have been some Agent Orange he was working with.

     

    PS: I hide behind my monitor, it's bigger than the keyboard.

    Please check out page 25 of the post i dont think this is about a spoon as for agent orange your right you just dont know how right.

    Orangeworker........if you're this worked up know what in the world are you gonna do

    when Alcoa beats the orange pants off your Betsy bugs? Take a nerve pill, look in the

    mirror, and convince yourself that everything is gonna be ok. You're the kinda poster

    that everyone loves, you get worked up easy, I think the Tornado fans are taking it

    easy on ya, for some reason. Maybe because it THANKSGIVING.

    THE OUTCOME OF THIS GAME WILL NOT BOTH ME TRUST ME IVE SAW ALOT OF GAMES, AS FOR WHY FANS TAKING IT EASY ON ME READ ALL THE POSTS AND TELL ME WHY THEY WOULDNT. DID I GET ON HERE AND PUT ANY PICTURES AND HAVE FUN POKING AT SOME OLD MAN WHO STILL ENJOYS FOOTBALL.

    Ol orangeworker gets worked up too easy. He tells everyone that they can not get on here a talk up the game, because it's up to the teams?? :roflol: Well, typically this site..coacht is made up of probably 95% fans that support their teams.     Thats right your a smart a## BCsportsfan your not playing in the game friday let the kids play and let both teams have the respect they deserve.

     

    Dude - relax and just enjoy being here. You only have a few hours left until you're playing basketball fulltime. :roflol:

     

    Just enjoy the accomplishments of your great team and look forward to the game. Can he get under your skin every now and then? Sure but he means no harm, and he isn't harming anything or anybody. Get your feelings off your shoulder and either don't respond or play along with your own. But don't get all huffy about it - You best enjoy it casue the season ends soon...........

    He gets on here Thanksgiving Day wanting to have fun at my expense wrong answer i played football before most of you punks were born my feelings arent on my shoulders and if your or his hand is ever on my shoulder ill mash your mouth and thats a promise.
