    2010

Devonte Hawkins (MLB 6' 235) Over 100 tackles in each of the last two seasons. By far one of the best LB's in the State!

Sheldon Wade (5'10" 175) A total of 5 kick/punt returns with a KR average of 63.3 yds and a PR average of 66.3... Most teams learned not to kick to him because of him vision, speed, and ability to break a long run at any point. He was clocked at a 4.39 and 4.41 in the 40. This was his first year playing since 7th grade, he's a natural athlete and becoming a front runner on many teams big board.

    2011

Tremond Robinson 6'1 165 - look for big things from him during his senior season, this year he posted 33 receptions and 399 yards with 3 tds.

    2012

    David Rucker 6'1 175 ATH -

Curtis King 5'9" 160 RB - over 1500 yards rushing this season and 18 tds

    Cordy Cox 5'10 195 RB/LB - Over 700 yards rushing and 10 tds

    Jyshon Forbes - 5'10" 170 ATH

    Jarod Henderson - 6'3 230 OL/DE

    Who else is out there??

10-0-1 they are ranked fourth in 3A... and what does that mean anyway?? Two of the top 5 in TN are not even in the playoffs now... You know as well as I do that rankings in HS are a joke for the most part.

And whoever said AHS had a bunch of DI players must be talking to someone who has self-appointed their players DI because I cannot find anyone that is DI. If we are self appointing DI players AE has 4

We are looking forward to the game tonight... things should be settled quick.

  3. I have seen Asheville High and they look a lot like AE, size, speed, scheme... But one thing you have to remember is that the kids from AE are extremely tough. Also, don't look for AE to change a lot, I think they are fairly confident in what they do and don't fall asleep in the secondary the Roadrunners have weapons all over the field and they are waiting for the perfect opp. to open up the passing game.

  4. Cyclones win

These guys have worked their butts off and wont quit. Cyclones win big. 35-7

This right here is a perfect example of a big fish in a small pond. Everything I read from "cow town" fans talks about how their team won't quit and that they are so fast.... well AE is the same way fast, physical, and playing with a lot of emotion right now. I guess it's easy to talk about a team that you know nothing about. Friday is going to be interesting! Don't worry about rain or bad field conditions slowing the Roadrunners down they have been there before and come out on top in the past. It's good to see EHS fans excited about their football, but beware of the Roadrunners it will be something you have not seen and always hard to prepare for.
