Well, in my opinion, #5 stepped up and took control of the game.

How about that Bledsoe at Grundy game? Any thoughts?

I was surprised by how well the Bledsoe boys were playing, and I think they could possibly be the #2 team in district if they keep playing well. I found it interesting that ,although several of the Grundy players weren't playing as good as I expected, they still had more players step up and take control of the game. And that to me shows how good they really are.

I am eager to see how Bledsoe finishes this year.

That is true, teams struggle when they travel to Grundy.

I hope they can change that considering district tournament is at Grundy.

Does Upperman play Grundy Co. again this year? If so Upperman could be in a world of hurt from them. I know it doesn't mean much because it's non-district, but it is always a good measuring stick for both teams. Good luck to the Bee's this season.

Grundy stands a good chance of beating them. They are 3-0 in district and beat the supposedly second place team by 33 points.

Upperman lost a lot last year but the bees play hard and will be in the mix in their region, they are well coached and hustle to the ball.

Don't they play someone in their region Monday or Tuesday, I think?

I wonder if CCS got enough on their scouting report Friday to beat Grundy Tuesday?

I heard the custodians had a fun time cleaning the mess they left in their seats.

Grundy freaking DOMINATED Smith Co. winning by 30+. Grundy led the whole game. I am pretty sure Chelsey Wiseman was the leading scorer with about 30. Meeks had at least 15 or more assists. It was a man slaughter and Grundy cleared their bench the whole 4th quarter. I would be scared to play this team. I am pretty sure that if the D-1 signee would have played the outcome would not have changed.
