Blowout Friday night @ South Fulton by Peabody, 90-63, they are now 6-1, 5 of those wins on the road

 

I heard Obion Central put 100 on South Fulton tonite....

yeh i went. it was a good game in the first half. oc was only up by 1. oc started the 2nd half on a good run. all oc does is shoot threes. if they shoot and miss they get the rebound and try another three. there main senior is out with a foot injury and should be back after christmas. oc is pretty decent without him now and should be better with him

This is the worst Union City team i've seen in a long time. Got to view them over in Jackson. They played Bolivar without Their starters in and played even. Josh, K.J., Tyler, Cox, and Kendel are the projected starters. I don't know how startin to guys at 5'7 is goin to work out. Then Josh and K.J. are about 5'10. Kendel is about 6'2. I don't think they will press because of the Bench is very thin. Chipper is my guy but Union City is down in a big way.

They may have one player that plays football but trust me. I saw the core of there team. It was the worst Union City team i've seen in a while.

yeh there are about 4 or 5 basketball players that play football but none of them are big time playmakers that anybody has to worry about. we dont have heighth, kendal and a sophmore who is about 6'1 6'2 is the only heighth on the team. we arent that good but we arent terrible either. we took dyer county into overtime and lost by 10 and only lost to jackson southside by 7. who knows when we will go back to murfreesboro

well excuse me for not knowing your whole life front and backwards. yeh i do remember 05, trying not to, but i do but thats the only time ive ever seen yall play so idk what yall look like now. im sure yall still look the same. how many championships have yall one since then?

 

well, since you asked. we won another gold ball in 1a last year, left 1a this year so that yall might have a chance and yesterday we won the 2a title.

how hush up furball. your just mad because you lost. get over it. yes im a rookie as well, just signed up only for this one and only game so i can rub it in yours and the rest of the sp fans after we beat yall aka which we did . no uc might not be back next year but if yall are im sure to be on here rooting AGAINST you. and im sure that "dwightT" will do the same. i know it will be long but you are just gonna have to wait till the first of next december when the state championships are held once again. thats all have to say about this post. thank you snowball for posting that so i can get all of that off my chest

Jorge!!! its kind of a shocker for us to have a foreign exchange student who has never played american football, just soccer to come in and kick 50 yard field goals during practice and kick 30 and 40 yarders in games and win the GOLD ball for us in the state championship. pretty amazing i think

Let me ask you a question. Is Griders grayhound bus going to be stopping to eat at McDonalds in the morning. I am going to be hungry and will wont some breakfast. I am saving my cocoa powder for this football game. I hope our boys are going to play hard and good in this game. I hope Grider has a good plan for these big ole boys from Union. I garuntee you that these boys think they can knock a hole in our line. Our linemen better be ready or they will get knocked around. I am worried about this game because if we lose the season is over and we dont win a championship. We need to win a championship since we blew that chance last season. I garuntee you that Union will be fired up for this game. I hope our boys lifted alot of weights this week so they will be strong and good for this game. Let me ask you a question Union people. When did your boys leave for this game? I hope the Union boys have a safe drive to Cookesville for the game. I hope that Robinson boy has a good game for us on Friday. I garuntee you that Union will be trying to stop him in this game. That Arnold boy that Union has is a big ole boy that is a good all state boy. That Fair boy that is not kinned to Murphy is also a real good boy that is a tough and strong boy. We better be getting our big boys like that number 73, 74, 77 68 78 76 and others in there to plug up a hole.

we left this morning at about 9 oclock. i say we because i go to school at uc but i have nothing to do with the football team. im in the amazing band that everybody will hear tomorrow. maybe i can talk our director into turning around and doing the show in front of s.p. then you can compare us to the other bands that yall have seen (if yall have seen any)

Looks like you guys have a good band.....Maybe yall should play the whole half...I think we only have about ten people or so in ours but bless their hearts they try I hope your band plays loud cause we play good when a good band plays....For example: Tyner, Cascade, and others

we have a wonderful band. our band director is one of the best in tenn. we have a terrific show written by the directors son. we will play all of the first half and halftime and all of the second half. we have the kiss him goodbye piece which we will play when we beat s.p.

I just hope they know how to play TAPS for your boys when the fat lady is singing.

How many people will Union City bring ya think?? The consensus is about 4-5 thousand on our side

union city will bring alot of people. this is the state championship remember? i project that there will be about 3500 people on our side. yall may have 4-5 thousand but trust me we will be louder than yall because we are loud and rowdy!!!

is uc big? what about fast.... them boys at gc thought they was fast i think our lineman could have out ran thier backs

union city is big and fast. josh nicks, chase bowling, kendrick price, run this offense. if josh nicks breaks outside s.p. won't catch him because he is just to fast. their lineman are fast as well. rance barnes, stevie gossett, and will arnold will be to much for s.p. defensive line to handle.
